Plagueis is the most powerful force-user with the second being Darth Sidious and the third being Yoda. Darth Plagueis created Anakin Skywalker through meditation, and trained Sidious in the dark side using quite a few new methods. He created new ways to use the Force that others had never even thought of.
Ahsoka Tano
She grew up to be a noble Force-wielding warrior and she herself in both Star Wars Rebels and The Mandalorian states that she is no Jedi. Ahsoka Tano is arguably the best Force warrior who trusts only in the Force rather than a code and uses her emotions without falling into darkness.
#1 – Yoda. Yoda is widely considered to be the greatest Jedi of all time, and with good reason. He is a master of the Force, a skilled warrior, and has an unmatched wisdom that comes from centuries of experience. He is the embodiment of what it means to be a Jedi, and his legacy lives on long after his death.

1 Darth Sidious
There has been no Sith, as powerful, meticulous, nor as evil as the Emperor himself, Darth Sidious. As previously mentioned, Sidious trained in the Dark Side by Darth Plagueis before Sidious killed Plagueis in his sleep, making Sidious a Sith Master.
Anakin Skywalker could have thwarted Darth Sidious and in fact did, albeit almost 25 years after he was given the initial opportunity. Anakin fell into Sidious' trap and attacked Windu, as Sidious played victim, only to then spring to life and fire lightning upon Windu.
1. Emperor Palpatine. Darth Sidious infiltrated the heart of the Republic and twisted it into the Empire, sparked a terrible war that engulfed the entire galaxy in fire and ash, corrupted once-noble Jedi to his cause, and executed Order 66 to erase the Jedi Order from existence.
Without question, the most powerful Force ability present in Star Wars is the Thought Bomb. It is created through an ancient Sith ritual where the Sith combine their dark side powers. If done successfully, the Thought Bomb can destroy all Force-sensitive beings unfortunate enough to be within the radius of its blast.
