Tim Drake may be everyone's favorite Robin, but there's no denying that Dick Grayson is the ultimate sidekick.
Dick Grayson remains the strongest and most skilled Robin (proven in Battle for the Cowl), but he has grown so much as a character and become his own man taking up the mantle of Nightwing to distance himself from Batman.
In Superman & Batman: Generations, Dick Grayson is Robin until he goes to college. The role is then taken up by Batman's son, Bruce Wayne Junior, against his mother's wishes. However, he gives up the role when Dick is murdered, in order to become Batman.
