Thanos (Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame)
Kang has arrived. At Comic-Con 2022, Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige made official what many fans had been theorizing for some time: Kang the Conqueror is the MCU's next Thanos-like villain.
Including More Kangs. There are several thoughts and theories on the matter, but the majority believe that Galactus is the next major villain after Kang.
Thanos. Perhaps the Avengers villain that MCU fans are most familiar with, Thanos's motivations in the comics are slightly different, but his power remains a constant. He's a true force to be reckoned with, and one that inspires a legion of his own that also has to be contended with.
This is certainly a good sign as Kang is set to be the primary villain across the upcoming wave of Marvel films now titled The Multiverse Saga. Kang will be the primary villain in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty set for release in 2025.
When Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania hits theaters Friday, it'll mark the beginning of Phase 5 — as well as the introduction of a new villain, Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror.
Kang is a human, so he isn't naturally more powerful than Thanos, but his presence throughout the multiverse makes him a far stronger opponent than the MCU Thanos who snapped away half of all life in Infinity War.

Ultron is among the Avengers' most powerful villains in the comics – and one of the few Marvel villains to be exclusive to the group rather than an individual hero. However, the MCU did him dirty by reducing him to only one movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron, and portraying him as a pushover.
In the aftermath of his failure, Thor had a new-found determination to kill Thanos and undo the Snap. The remaining Avengers converged on the Titan's home to find him wounded and the Infinity Stones destroyed. Seeking vengeance, Thor raised Stormbreaker and, with one fell swoop, beheaded Thanos.
Kang vs. Thanos: Who is stronger? Kang is stronger than Thanos, with the Conquerer being much more challenging to defeat than the Infinity Gauntlet-wielding villain.
Iron Lad assembled the Young Avengers to stop his future self. In fact, Iron Lad did kill the older version of Kang the Conqueror.

Being surprised with Nebula's trust in what he had said, Thanos thanked her for believing him and finally admitted that perhaps he had treated her too harshly. Before he could say anything else, an enraged Thor decapitated Thanos, killing the Mad Titan.
Mentor (A'lars)
Thanos's power, cunning, and years of experience have allowed him to outsmart and defeat some of the most powerful beings in the universe. All manners of beings have fallen before Thanos and while the Avengers are powerful, if Thanos really put his mind to it, he could end the Avengers at any moment.
Moon Knight's power level is often up for debate, but every night he demonstrates that he is capable of taking out each of the Avengers.
The Avengers are getting a new roster led by the cosmic powerhouse Captain Marvel.
Avengers 5 is slated to feature an incredible ensemble of characters facing off against Kang, and Namor enters the fight in this stunning new poster. Kang the Conqueror, the time-traveling conqueror from the future, is gearing up to battle the Avengers in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
With help from Rama-Tut, Swordsman saved the Avengers and ruined Kang's plans, but was killed in the process. One Avenger who died because of Kang - but has since returned - is Iron Man.
This was a smart move since Kang predicted that Hulk could be a future threat to him, and for a good reason. Hulk managed to defeat Kang, and he could likely do the same in the MCU. Hulk's strength is legendary, and his durability is unparalleled. Kang has nothing in his arsenal to deal with him.

Kang is very easily more powerful than Doctor Strange, considering that a variant of him has overtaken every single universe, as is revealed in episode six of Loki (and somehow not at all addressed in Spider-Man: No Way Home).
