As a representation of the fear of darkness, the Darkness Devil is incomparably powerful, so much so that even Makima cannot defeat it.
Darkness Devil
It has extreme speed and strength and can instantly dismember and kill multiple people. Making it the deadliest Devil. There are plenty of other deadly devils in the world of Chainsaw Man, but these are the ones I think make the cut.
However, Makima is vastly more powerful than Denji first expected, a devil wielding fearsome abilities in battle. She can even butcher Power with a casual gesture with her devastating force-based attacks. Makima can also use her domination ability to force other beings, human or otherwise, to do her bidding.
Immense Healing Factor: As a full Devil, Pochita's regenerative abilities are enhanced to the point that he completely regenerated his body from just his heart after throwing it from space without needing blood, even when suffering intense atmospheric entry burns.
Yoru, or the war devil, is another member of the Four Horsemen like Makima. But the war devil is much weaker than the control devil, at least, for now. During her last encounter with Pochita, the war devil lost parts of her body, which weakened her and the concept of war.
Domination: As Makima embodies the fear of control or conquest/domination, her abilities reflects this nature. Besides her manipulative way of thinking and acting, she is able to control any being who she believes is inferior to her, even being able to force them into making contracts with her or another Devil.
Makima. Makima and Denji shared an asymmetrical relationship: whereas Denji was greatly infatuated with Makima and willing to go to great lengths to serve her, Makima saw Denji as nothing more than a pet and tool, taking interest in him solely for the fact that the Chainsaw Devil Pochita resided in his heart.
Summary. Denji is the protagonist of the series, A young man-slash-Chainsaw Devil who carries his partner Pochita inside him and works as a Public Safety Devil Hunter.
Meanwhile, Makima reveals to Kishibe that Pochita is able to erase a devil's existence and the concept they represent by eating them, and that she's planning to fight him in order to defeat and control his power with the aim of erasing concepts that she deems unnecessary for humankind.
Makima was barely able to defeat 1/5th of The Gun Devil. That means that roughly 80% of ol' Boomstick is still out there, PLUS the Gun Fiend. If that 80% were somehow able to combine its abilities, the world would be in for a lot of trouble.
Pochita's durability is fully put to the test in Chapter 89 when Makima uses a variety of attacks on a weakened Chainsaw Man, but he still survives. Strength: When compared to a human or a fiend, Pochita has extreme physical strength, which allows him to deal massive damage to enemies.
If he can get close enough to Makima to actually hit her, Bungo Stray Dogs' Ryunosuke Akutagawa undoubtedly has the best chance of beating her amongst those on this list. His Rashomon ability sees his overcoat transform into a dragon-like monster capable of slicing through anything, including space itself.
Attack On Titan
Eren is an antihero overall and a much stronger one than Chainsaw Man's Denji. Eren can rapidly regenerate in his Titan form, and he has more than one. Eren can destroy any foe with the combined Attack Titan, War Hammer Titan, and the all-powerful Founding Titan.
Denji denied her wish to become a part of the Chainsaw Devil and instead forced her to be a part of him. In his conversation with Kishibe after defeating Makima, he revealed that he ate her because eating her whole not only made sure that she would never revive, but also made her one with Denji.
When introduced, Reze initially appears to be a kind and gentle girl who has a crush on Denji soon after meeting him, taking interest in him at first sight and was portrayed to be as somewhat enthusiastic, as shown when both Denji and her have a drink of coffee at the Café she had worked at.
Power eventually develops strong affection for Denji, even going so far as to deny Makima's wishes and put her own life on the line to keep him safe. Power considers Denji to be her very first friend, and so values him highly.
Denji's first love interest in the series was Makima. While she was later revealed to be the Control Devil, he still couldn't stop loving her. The only way for him to defeat her was by chopping her up and consuming her, thus becoming one with her.
Makima is the main antagonist of the manga series Chainsaw Man. She is the leader of the Public Safety Devil Hunter organization who, initially acts as a helpful ally towards the protagonist, Denji, by taking him under her wing.
As Chainsaw Man's main antagonist and one of anime's most feared villains, Makima has a long list of evil deeds in her wake. A devastating amount of her wrongdoings have been made at Denji's disposal, all for Makima to orchestrate chaos and achieve her selfish goals.
Her only flaw is that Makima only bothered to memorize the scents of people she was interested in. Since she did not remember Denji's scent pre-Pochita, he was able to ambush and eventually consume her.
Later during his movie date with Asa, she tries to push him away presumably to keep him safe from Yoru. In response she takes over and kisses Denji likely in hopes of quickly winning his heart which would allow her to finally turn him into a weapon, but she is swiftly incapacitated by Nayuta instead.
Pochita, now weakened due to Makima making the public fear him less, is easily defeated by Makima while sacrificing himself to save Kobeni.
Makima possesses great physical strength that allows her to fight effectively in hand-to-hand combat without depending on any of her subordinates. Her force was great enough to overwhelm Pochita and break her chainsaw with her physical blows.
