SHE'S A PROFICIENT AND POWERFUL WITCH
Ginny was proficient at charms and curses, capable of holding her own against Death Eaters, including helping Hermione and Luna Lovegood to duel Bellatrix Lestrange.
Even though Hermione is the brightest witch of her age, Bellatrix far outclasses her in terms of magic, may it be duelling skills or knowledge of the Dark Arts. If Hermione wanted to duel Bellatrix, then she should at least practice the Unforgiveables, most importantly Avada Kedavra.
Harry: Better At Defense Against The Dark Arts
Invigorated by his battles with Voldemort, Harry displays a proficiency for defensive magic that outrivals Hermione's. In the books, Harry's O.W.L. results for DADA are higher than Hermione's, the only exam in which he outperformed her.
Albus Dumbledore is the most powerful wizard in the Harry Potter.
She is also the first one of her age to be able to cast non-verbal spells. Hermione is a competent duellist – Rowling has stated that during the first three books Hermione could have beaten Harry in any magical duel, but by the fourth book Harry had become so good at DADA that he would have defeated Hermione.
Winner: Snape
Bellatrix would be in the top pile of witches and wizards of all-time based on powers, but her reliance on the same moves and lack of wit means she would be defeated by Snape after giving him an initially tricky time.
Bellatrix Lestrange was Lord Voldemort's equal in cruelty, if not worse than him. She was unparalleled when it came up to committing some of the most horrible acts of cruelty and destruction. She truly belonged to the Dark side and loved to embrace it.
Ginny and Hermione each have their own strengths. For Hermione, she's logical, book smart, and clever. Ginny is smart too, but in other ways. She's more kinesthetic and she's a gifted Quidditch player.
Neither of them is Slytherin's heir. Although, as Dumbledore says, Harry's ability to speak Parseltongue is a skill accidentally transferred by Slytherin's actual heir, Voldemort, when he tried to kill Harry as a baby. So perhaps this is one myth with a bit of truth to it.

The most likely reason why Lord Voldemort's nose disappeared and he devolved into such an evil-looking creature is that as he dabbled deeper into the Dark Arts, his appearance gradually became as distorted as what remained of his twisted soul.
