Out of all the Jojo protagonists,
Star Platinum outshines most other Stands in the series in terms of speed and power. The Stand has incredible precision and eyesight, which allows it to carry out attacks that are nigh impossible for others.
Extreme Physical Power: The World possesses phenomenal strength, senses, precision, and incredible speed, being able to easily punch Kakyoin right through his abdomen. DIO claims that The World is even stronger and faster than Star Platinum since it bested the latter in a clash of rapid punches between the two.
Jonathan Joestar (Jojo's Bizarre Adventure)
He's a 195cm tall titan made out of almost all muscle. It would be his kindness that would make him stand out from future Joestars, though. He is a true gentleman and shows it throughout his part by showing kindness to enemies and allies alike.
DIO can stop time for up to 9 seconds so theoretically, Diavolo would just have to use the precognitive ability of his sub-Stand, Epitaph, combined with King Crimson's Time Erasure to defeat DIO.
King Crimson is the Stand of Diavolo, the alternate personality of Vinegar Doppio in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. King Crimson is said to be the most remarkable Stand due to its ability to erase time and predict the future.
Khnum is truly the weakest Stand in all of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. Its ability is Transfiguration, allowing its user to take the appearance of another person.
Jonathan Joestar is probably the weakest JoJo in the series. He doesn't have a stand, and his powers are limited to the utilization of Hamon. He doesn't have a stand that is not uncommon since the concept of stands was introduced only in Stardust Crusaders, the third part of JoJo's Bizarre Adventures.
The most well-known and arguably fan-favorite JoJo, Jotaro Kujo, is the protagonist of Part 3: Stardust Crusaders. In terms of overall strength and power, Jotaro takes the cake. With the help of his stand Star Platinum, Jotaro is by far one of the strongest characters in all of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure.
Jotaro is a marine biologist. He has a PhD which means it's "Doctor Jotaro" to you. He is the smartest, and even society thinks so.
King Crimson's ability gives Diavolo the upper hand against DIO and his Time Stop. DIO can stop time for up to 9 seconds so theoretically, Diavolo would just have to use the precognitive ability of his sub-Stand, Epitaph, combined with King Crimson's Time Erasure to defeat DIO.
On the surface, Stone Free is essentially a close-range Stand with incredible speed and strength, much like Jotaro's extremely powerful Stand Star Platinum, highlighted even further in the similarities between their respective punch rushes.
Stone Free is Jolyne Cujoh's stand, and it's a power befitting the main protagonist of Stone Ocean. Jolyne awakened her Stand after her finger was pierced by an amulet, which was actually a part of the Stand arrow's head. It is a close-range Stand, which is very strong physically.
Star Platinum is a close-range Stand with exceptional strength and speed, as well as gaining the ability to stop time during the fight against DIO. Its overwhelming power, coupled with Jotaro's fighting prowess, make it one of the strongest and most iconic Stands in the series.
As stated by Pucci, Joester's weakness lies within their bloodline. Jotaro's care for his daughter was being exploited by Pucci, which shows that Pucci could not face Jotaro directly because Jotaro is still a respected stand user.
Jotaro has described Star Platinum as very violent. It is silent, except when it throws punches, during which it cries "ORAORAORA" loudly and repeatedly.
Heaven DIO could beat Goku. All he has to do is punch Goku once to end him forever. And before you say "Goku in UI would dodge the punch" don't forget that DIO can stop time with his stand. He just stops time, and then lowers Goku's speed to near nothing.
