Shinobu Kochō did not romantically like Tanjirō. The two of them have become close during his time in the Butterfly Mansion, but a romance never develops between them.
Kanata and Sumihiko Kamado resembled Kanao and Tanjiro respectively. The existence of these two characters meant that Tanjiro and Kanao ended up falling in love and marrying each other at some point.
She was killed by Doma.
After the battle, Tanjiro returns home with his sister and friends. Later it is revealed that he married fellow slayer Kanao Tsuyuri.

While they have little to no interaction in the series, Nezuko cares enough for Kanao that she was distraught when Tanjiro (now a Demon influenced by Muzan) injured Kanao and referred to her as Kanao chan, implying there is some closeness between them.

Eventually, after knowing each other for a while, Shizuka finally ended up having the courage and confessed, leading to them getting married after awhile.

Shinobu opened her mouth and Giyuu did so as well, deepening the kiss. Giyuu was huffing little puffs of breath between kisses, while Shinobu's lips were quirked in mirth at how affected Giyuu already was. Giyuu continued their track to the bedroom, feet almost getting tangled and toppling them both over a few times.
In Chapter 205, we see Obanai and Mitsuri reincarnated and married, as they promised before they died, and they are running a restaurant together. In the volume extras it is revealed that they have five kids.
However, in the Demon Slayer manga Muzan reveals his motivation for attacking the Kamado family. It turns out that Muzan attacked the Kamado family and specifically turned Nezuko into a demon in an attempt to create a demon that would be able to withstand being in the sunlight.
The reason why Nezuko Kamado acts like a baby now, unlike most demons in the show. When Nezuko was turned into a demon, she went into a childlike state. Other demons just became a darker, twisted version of their past self, minus a few memories.

But Demon Slayer introduced Tanjiro's main love interest briefly, and she doesn't really return until the end of the season, when she is fighting against him. His love interest that develops as the story goes on is Kanao Tsuyuri and their romance is quite adorable.

During Tanjiro and the rest of the Hashiras' showdown with the Demon King Muzan, Tanjiro is mortally wounded and dies. At the same time, Muzan receives a particularly fatal lil' booboo himself. As Muzan is about to shuffle off the mortal coil, he uses the last of his powers to turn Tanjiro into a demon.
