All Might is certainly the strongest character in MHA so far. Born Quirkless just like Izuku, All Might received the power of One For All from his mentor, Nana Shimura.
The power of Rimuru is immense, only topped by the likes of Milim the demon lord. Rimuru is not just stronger than Deku, but even Endeavor, My Hero Academia's current Number 1 Hero, would lose to him.
One for All is the most legendary quirk of My Hero Academia, and Deku inherited it from All Might. However, it was initially used by Yoichi Shigaraki, the series' first host, from whom it was passed down to his successors. It is an extremely strong quirk and can store a staggering amount of raw power.
Bakugo was stronger than Midoriya, though he indicated that Midoriya could eventually surpass him.

During his time as the Number One Hero, All Might fought All For One twice and managed to defeat him during both encounters. Without a doubt, he's far stronger than Izuku Midoriya.
Deku, especially, is closing on his peak and has awakened powers that fans never expected him to possess. He is someone worthy of being considered as the strongest hero already and still has more room left to grow. In the Final War arc, Izuku Midoriya has gained several new powers.
Tanjiro would win, because Deku have no way of killing Tanjiro. Deku may be stronger but in the end Tanjiro would win by stamina or landing a hit at Deku, which have poison that would kill Deku.
Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
As of now, Deku has access to seven Quirks, namely One For All, Transmission, Fa Jin, Danger Sense, Blackwhip, Smokescreen, and Float. The basic gist of all these powers is that they all come from the previous One For All users, with their abilities becoming stronger throughout the generations.
The fact that Endeavor's self-doubting conscience therefore tries to tear him down by saying that he'll never be like All Might, but Deku proves that Endeavor believes that Deku has already succeeded All Might.
Deku and Boruto each have their skills and flaws in this fight, but like many, it does come down to why they would be fighting in the first place. Deku will have the edge in this fight if he's fighting for the right reasons.

A lot about One For All doesn't make a lot of sense, though. Goku's power level at the first rank of Super Saiyan blows Deku's cowling away already granting Goku about 5o times his base power and with no real risk to Goku's body.
In order to try to protect people, Izuku left UA and is working with All Might and an elite squadron of heroes as he goes through his Batman phase—better known to fans as Dark Deku.
Villain Deku is the evil version of Izuku Midoriya from the anime My Hero Academia. His bad ending occurs after an alternate version of events in the first episode.

The man that would be known as Nine was born with a Quirk that allowed him to control and manipulate the weather around him. His Quirk was immensely powerful and was viewed as a god-like ability. At the same time though, Nine was one of the many who felt outcasted in society and believed that it should not be this way.
In the My Hero Academia: World Heroes' Mission movie, Deku is certainly framed as a villain. He's falsely accused of mass murder by Otheon's chief of police and is forced to go into hiding with Rody Soul. By the end of the movie, they both manage to clear their names and remove their villain image.
