Mikasa Ackerman
Mikasa is one of strongest characters in the story notwithstanding gender. She might be second only to Levi and maybe Eren after he acquired the founder, but let's not forget what Mikasa did to Eren, and how she was inches away from Levi's throat with a blade.
1 Eren Yaeger
By far, Eren is the strongest character in the entire series. All that power, of course, comes from the many Titan forms he's acquired over the years.
As one of the Nine, the Female Titan is amongst the strongest, and depending on the shifter, it can be a very skilled fighter. This titan can summon lesser titans with its scream, and it can harden parts of its skin for defensive and offensive purposes.
Pieck's Cart Titan is arguably the weakest of the Nine, but it comes with several advantages. Unlike its eight brethren, the Cart Titan walks on all four legs, making it an excellent method of transport. Pieck often has large structures attached to her back, which carry both people and weapons.
Annie Leonhart is the Female Titan.
Armin is one of the few kind and pacifistic characters in Attack on Titan. As a child, he won't even attempt to lay a hand on the local bullies, even as they mercilessly attack him. As the series progresses, though, Armin doesn't have a choice but to accept some of the Attack on Titan universe's harsh realities.
Perhaps the kindest character in the series, Armin Arlert always looks for the good in people. Even after discovering that Annie is the Female Titan, he wants so badly for it to not be true, practically begging her to prove them wrong.
1 Goku (Dragon Ball)
Even with all of his strength, there are still a few characters that Goku cannot defeat, and Eren is nowhere near their level. After years of training, Goku can now use Ultra Instinct, a special transformation that puts him at the same level as a god.
Jean immediately develops a crush on Mikasa upon seeing her for the first time, causing him to blush and stutter. He tells her that she has beautiful hair, to which she replied with “thank you”. When Mikasa leaves, Jean follows her, wanting to say something more, but stops at his track when he sees her with Eren.
Mikasa Ackerman - After Mikasa saved a young Louise and her mother during the Battle of Trost, Mikasa left an indelible impression on the girl. After this, Louise began idolizing Mikasa, which ultimately became her primary reason for joining the Survey Corps.
Mikasa has some slightly more power than the average human, but that means nothing when Annie has more experience and better moves. Mikasa wins without a doubt.
1) Founding Titan
This is the most powerful Titan of the lot. If the shifter is of royal blood, they can turn any Eldian into a Titan, control the minds of every Titan and its subsequent shifters, and alter the memories of Eldians. These abilities make it the most powerful Titan in the show.
The Female Titan is a titan of above-average height, power, and agility. It also has high-level hardening and the ability to attract pure titans to it. Annie's female titan was powerful enough to soundly defeat Eren's Attack Titan in the first season, and for obvious reasons.
After starting the Rumbling, Eren and his army of Titans exterminated 80% of the world's entire population. With this in mind, it seems fair to say that Eren is easily the most evil character in the entire AttackonTitan series.
Bertholdt Hoover
Bertholdt has never been really in the spotlight in Attack on Titan. A lot of fans aren't fond of this character even before his true identity was revealed. Bertholdt would often his cowardness, and would regularly run to Reiner for help every time he got into trouble.
Levi managed to incapacitate the Female Titan, but at a crucial moment, the Female Titan summoned more Titans to come to her aid. As the horde of Titans joined, Levi impressively killed them instantly.
Annie still questions him on his feelings and Armin asks her if she still doesn't get that he is in love with her despite how much Hitch teases him about it, to which Annie tries to deny understanding but reveals she has also started blushing implying she does indeed know and shares mutual romantic feelings for him too ...
Annie is genuinely selfish, due to having been abandoned at birth and being used as a tool by everyone she has ever known, even by her adoptive father who wanted a better life for himself through her. She has no interest in protecting strangers due to being unattached to most of humanity to an absurdly high degree.
