Without a doubt, the most powerful wizard in Middle-earth is Gandalf the White. While Gandalf was always a reasonably powerful wizard in his own right, facing off against the Balrog in the Mines of Moria, a battle that took ten days and resulted in the mutual demise of Gandalf and the Balrog.
Besides Dumbledore, he is also the only wizard ever known to be able to apparate silently. Voldemort was also said to fear one wizard alone, Dumbledore. In the final book, Voldemort flies unsupported, something that amazes those who see it.
The most powerful wand in the entire Harry Potter universe is the Elder wand — one of the three Deathly Hallows. Made out of the tail hair of a Thestral, the wand can only be handled by the strongest of wizards. Made by Death itself, the wand can be used with the other Deathly Hallows to make one the master of Death.

Most Legilimens learned the skill, but there were exceptions. Queenie was one. The fact that she was born able to see into other peoples' minds was very rare, but for her it was something she did without trying.
If you just went off of marks, Hermione would win, as she is good at most things while Snape truly excels at Defense and Potions. If you just went off of one of those two, Snape would win as he goes above and beyond in them.
1 Lord Voldemort
Considered the most powerful dark wizard of all time, Voldemort was obsessed with his own half-blood ancestry and his search for power and immortality. To achieve the latter, he used his enemies' murders to fracture his soul into six and create his own set of Horcruxes.
He wants to bring an end to the Dark Lord. Though these characters do share the extreme views Slytherins are known for, they also have traits other than just being evil. They are flawed, but they also chose to make a stand against Voldemort despite initially choosing to side with him. They choose to be more than evil.
Therefore, figuring out a spell that is Draco's favorite is hard and, in the movies, there is no defining moment that cements a spell as his favorite. Based on Harry Potter lore, and an article by The Healthy Journal, Draco's signature spell is a N.E.W.T standard spell, The Protean Charm.
Specifically, Draco was jealous of Harry. It was easy to miss because Draco didn't often show his emotions, modelling himself on his cold, confident, calculating father, but J.K. Rowling has confirmed that a lot of his enmity towards Harry stemmed from envy.
