Among Thor's more clear-cut enemies stand Frost Giant King Laufey, Surtur the Fire Giant, the dark elf Malekith, and Thor's own half-sister Hela, the so-called goddess of death, all of whom have ill intent towards Asgard.
The most powerful Thor variant is Ultimate Thor, who's real name is Thorlief Golmen. Golmen discovers he is the most recent reincarnation of Thor Odinson and begins his journey as the new God of Thunder. This version of Thor was less reliant on Mjolnir as a power source.

Gorr The God Butcher has been described as one of Marvel's most notable and powerful male supervillains, being labelled as one of Thor's greatest foes. The character made his live-action debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film Thor: Love and Thunder (2022), portrayed by Christian Bale.

Thor then kills Zeus using Zeus' own thunderbolt, which (frankly) feels like a bit of an overreaction.
They're both really bad but Zeus had the excuse of being corrupted and was under the influence of Pandora's box which made him act the way he did while Odin was always selfish and manipulative on his own naturally.
So Thor took on Zeus himself and handled himself very well against the Greek All-Father.

In the comics, Gorr killed all the Gods, barring a few. He created the Gobbomb, which, when detonated, would kill all divine beings. All at once.
Thor the Avenger, with Agar's prayers and the remaining gods across time and space, absorbed the full might of the Godbomb and Gorr's Necrosword. Using the blast's power, Thor weakened Gorr as Agar called his father the God of Hypocrisy. The younger Thor finally slayed Gorr the God Butcher.
Thor wins. Not only is Thor a better combatant and more experienced, but he also can be stronger than Shazam by using Megingjord to augment his superhuman strength. Additionally, Thor is more invulnerable than Shazam and has a better understanding and grasp of magical and mystical energies.
