He is then killed by Emporio, using Weather Report to immobilize Pucci through oxygen poisoning before finishing him. After the universe reaches its end and begins anew, Emporio meets with reincarnations of the rest of the cast, now living different but happier lives.
There he's able to trick Pucci into inserting Weather Forecast's disc into his head, and he gains stand powers. Pucci speeds up time in an effort to gain the advantage, but Emporio is able to kill him.
As for Emporio Alnino, that's the child that beat Pucci at the end of Stone Ocean - after inheriting one of the most OP Stands in the series! Weather Report is one of the only Stands as overpowered and insane as Made in Heaven is.
1st Universe Reset
Emporio ignores Pucci's last angry pleas to spare him, saying that walking the path of justice is fate, and he and Weather Report kill the priest with a barrage of punches, after which the universe resets again.
Ungalo inherited some of his father's worst traits, including general sadism and a desire for revenge against the world. He is also a drug addict and is angered quite easily. Ungalo is also extremely violent, stabbing Enrico Pucci in the neck without hesitance.
During one of these discussions, DIO brings up that he wishes to achieve heaven, and that he has the plans to do so written in his notebook. DIO tells Pucci he would need his assistance in doing so. In Chapter 94 of Stone Ocean, the two are seen laying down in bed together.
Originally good-hearted, he became a vicious fanatic due to DIO corrupting him, developing his belief that humans are unable to fight against the ruling forces, such as God's will and fate. Pucci desires to make sure everyone knows about their destiny and have them accept it.
The reset caused by Pucci's Made In Heaven made it possible for Araki to wrap up the story of one universe and then start anew with an entirely different universe. So, keeping Giorno out of action was the sensible thing to do as it allowed Araki to try out new things.
Due to him having a strong will/spirit , Pucci wasn't able to drag him closer, it's like the 3 others were meteors and Giorno was a sun, his spirit was just too heavy to be affected by this.
After the universe is rebooted, Jolyne is reincarnated as Irene, who lives in a world free of Pucci's influence.
How was Pucci killed? Pucci angrily demands that Emporio stop Weather Report from killing him, saying that his ideal world for humanity's happiness would be ruined, only to be told by Emporio that he lost to "fate" and that it's the true path of justice before finally being beaten to death by Weather Report.
How did Jotaro die? In Part 6 of Stone Ocean, he was killed by Pucci as he attempted to protect his daughter, Jolyne from him. His attachment to his daughter stopped him from killing Pucci and putting an end to their battle.
the Green Baby fusing with Pucci's Stand Whitesnake in order to form C-Moon can technically be considered a fusion of Whitesnake and DIO's The World. by the time Made in Heaven is achieved, Pucci has become DIO.
The Steel Ball Run Reset
For Part 7, Araki based his story in an entirely different universe, which was devoid of many things from the previous universe. Steel Ball Run introduced the fans to numerous new things while keeping a few of the older ideas.

Whitesnake's user is eventually revealed to be a prison chaplain named Enrico Pucci. Pucci sought Jotaro's memories to learn the details of Dio's written plan to establish heaven on Earth, which Jotaro had destroyed twenty-two years earlier after killing Dio.
A loyal follower, friend, and protégé of DIO, Pucci aspires to implement a plan long formulated by DIO to "achieve heaven". Working as a chaplain at Green Dolphin Street Prison, he secretly frames Jolyne Cujoh and uses her as bait to lure Jotaro Kujo and his memories of DIO's Diary.
During the events of Stone Ocean, Pucci fuses with the Green Baby and gains the birthmark, as the creature originated from DIO's Bone. His brother, Weather Report, also receives the mark; as twin brothers, they connect and affect one another in the same way DIO does with Joseph, Holy and Jotaro in Stardust Crusaders.
