Over time, Ochaco has developed a crush on Izuku. And while not outright confirmed, it's hinted that Izuku reciprocates her feelings. For example, he felt immensely touched when Ochaco turned his nickname "Deku" into a positive identity for him, that inspired him to choose it as his official hero name.

6 Bakugo Gets Very Jealous Of Midoriya's Progress
Bakugo has been Midoriya's rival since the beginning.
You were somehow oblivious to it all - the way he'd spontaneously combust when he saw you with Deku; how his he'd stare at you with a happy smirk and adoring eyes when you bested someone in training, or even just used your quirk in general. But nope, he doesn't have a crush.
Todoroki never calls Midoriya for his hero name "Deku", instead of that, he calls him by his name. The only time he called him 'Deku' was in chapter 319. He accused Endeavor, saying "You're letting Deku and All Might act together, aren't you?"
Deku and Uraraka are not in a canon relationship, not yet, at any rate. Yet for many intents and purposes, they may as well be. They're endlessly supportive and protective of one another, as we've seen so many times.

Midoriya and Bakugo may be on better terms but the one person in class 1-A who has proven to be Bakugo's best friend, is Eijiro Kirishima.
