When she was 14, Jedi Master Yoda granted Ahsoka the rank of Padawan and apprenticed her to Anakin Skywalker, a powerful if reckless Jedi Knight.
Plo Koon. Ahsoka would never have become a padawan in the first place if not for Plo Koon discovering the young Togruta on Shili. Because of this, Ahsoka was extremely fond of the Kel Dor Jedi Master throughout her years as both a youngling and a padawan.

Born on Coruscant circa 80 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin), Qui-Gon trained as a Padawan under Jedi Master Count Dooku.
Well, to be literal, she was never mentioned because she hadn't been created at the time Episode III was made. But speaking in terms of the Star Wars canon, perhaps she just wasn't mentioned on screen.
Former Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano was put on trial shortly before the end of the Clone Wars, after Tano was charged with sedition against the Jedi Order and the Galactic Republic for her alleged role in the bombing of the Jedi Temple hangar.

But this rivalry was frustrating for many reasons. In true Samuel L. Jackson form, Mace Windu's character was never timid with his skepticism or disapprovals when it came to both the Senate and Anakin becoming a Jedi.

Owen Lars was a young adult when his father Cliegg married Shmi Skywalker, a Mos Espa slave he'd purchased and then freed. After Tusken Raiders kidnapped Owen's stepmother, a Jedi Padawan arrived in search of Shmi. This was Shmi's son Anakin, the stepbrother Owen had wondered if he'd ever meet.
