Mike Zacharias was a squad leader and trusted member of the Survey Corps. He was considered humanity's second strongest soldier after Levi.
Miche Zacharius (ミケ・ザカリアス Mike Zakariasu?) was a section commander (分隊長 Bun-taichō?) of Squad Miche, a major division of the Scout Regiment. A trusted Scout, he was considered humanity's second strongest soldier after Captain Levi.
Zeke Yeager
Zeke, the inheritor of the Beast Titan, is Levi's greatest enemy. The two have fought in many epic battles throughout the series and are very close in strength.
He was considered to be the second strongest soldier in the Survey corps, right after Levi Ackerman, Mike had a remarkably good sense of smell, which allowed him to detect Titans from great distances.
When it comes to pure skill, Levi far outranks Eren. Not only does Levi have more experience in the field, but he's also just a better fighter overall. Without his ability to transform into a Titan on command, Eren wouldn't stand a chance against Levi.
1 Levi Ackerman
He's arguably the best Ackerman in the anime. Levi's abilities allow him to excel in fighting not just titans but also human enemies. He's also the only non-titan character in the anime to take down a Shifter Titan single-handedly as was shown when he defeated Zeke in Beast Titan form.
2 Captain Levi Ackerman Boasts Of 58+ Titan Kills (And More Than A Dozen People)
Unsurprisingly, Levi Ackerman ranks #1 on our list. He's the best Titan killer, flying through the air on his ODM gear like he was born in it.
Unfortunately, Furlan and Isabel were just the first two comrades who Levi lost throughout the franchise.
The matchup between Levi and Tanjiro would be a close one. The young demon slayer has demonstrated an incredible amount of strength, speed, durability, and adaptability in the first season of the anime. Still, Levi approaches battle with a stone-cold efficiency that Tanjiro lacks.
That doubt was put to rest when Nico kissed Levi in an elevator at work and he liked it, essentially confirming that Levi was into dudes. But when Nico found out that he was the first man that Levi had kissed, he got scared off, saying he can't “teach” Levi how to be gay.
1 SHOULD: Erwin Smith
While there are many characters that he respects, Erwin Smith is perhaps the only character that Captain Levi has truly loved, which puts Erwin at the very top of the list. Levi's loyalty and devotion to Erwin also indicate that the two were meant to be together.
From very early on in this series it was pretty clear Levi was in love with someone, and it didn't take much longer to figure out it was Noah. They have been best friends for years and it was so much fun to read about they beginning their relationship.
After a 25-minute standoff two of the police officers, Constable Rodney Podesta and Senior Constable Anthony Dilorenzo, shot Roni Levi four times. Levi, who died from his wounds soon after, was 33 years old.
The show has also charted Mikasa's journey of living for herself and not just to protect Eren as in earlier seasons, and she's proven to be a formidable fighter. This includes the fact Mikasa has killed 16 Titans thus far, according to CBR.
Simply put, Levi would win any day. Mikasa is great and all, but she can't compare to his speed and prowess. Even if both of them were equally strong (which they are not, Levi is far superior) Levi has a sense of determination, seriousness, and intimidating manor, that Mikasa lacks.
Pieck's Cart Titan is arguably the weakest of the Nine, but it comes with several advantages. Unlike its eight brethren, the Cart Titan walks on all four legs, making it an excellent method of transport. Pieck often has large structures attached to her back, which carry both people and weapons.
1) Founding Titan
This is the most powerful Titan of the lot. If the shifter is of royal blood, they can turn any Eldian into a Titan, control the minds of every Titan and its subsequent shifters, and alter the memories of Eldians. These abilities make it the most powerful Titan in the show.
1 Levi ( 86,920+ Favorites)
No other character even comes close to him with that regard. Eren, his main contender, is 66,000 favorites away from him. It's more of a one-sided victory rather than a competition.
Levi is one of the strongest characters in the Attack on Titan universe, and he'd be able to take on some of the Avengers in one-on-one battles.
Levi is about 13-15 meters behind the female titan, and assuming Levi used his 3DMG to its fullest, Levi's body would've been moving at a speed of 150-165km/h (100miles pr hour) when he dodges the fist.
The reason why Levi is so strong, fast and agile in combat against anything is because his Ackerman power awakens in that particular moment enabling him to do whatever it takes to win.
