The camera pans across and reveals the face of a disheveled clone, played by none other than Temuera Morrison. The clone then asks Kenobi for help getting a warm meal. Obi-Wan hesitates for a second, no doubt in shock. Once he recovers, he puts a few credits in the man's helmet.
During the war, Cody and Rex created military codes that would later be used by the Galactic Empire. However, unlike Rex, Cody did not have his control chip removed, and thus turned against Obi-Wan during Order 66, though he failed to eliminate the Jedi Master.
In the novelization of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith, after Cody receives Order 66, he thinks to himself, "Would it have been too much to ask for the order to have come through before I gave him back the bloody lightsaber?" This might suggest that he went along with the order, but it also hints at a sliver of free ...
However, Cody's chip was activated by Chancellor Palpatine, which overrode his loyalty to Kenobi. As a result, he was forced to follow Order 66, the directive to kill all Jedi as enemies of the Republic, as such he was compelled to turn against the general who had also been his longtime friend.
The Third Sister Was a Jedi Youngling
The reason why the Third Sister hates Obi-Wan Kenobi so much is because she was a Jedi initiate when Order 66 happened. On that infamous day, Reva was training with her fellow Jedi younglings in the Jedi Temple of Coruscant.
The Third Sister is later involved in trying to track down Obi-Wan Kenobi, a Order 66 survivor, whom she specifically targets out of a desire to gain Darth Vader's favor, all just to get closer to Vader and kill him for killing her youngling friends long ago.
Obi-Wan was one of the prominent generals of the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars, who fought side by side with Anakin and the 501st. So, it could be likely that the Clone trooper indeed recognized the Obi-Wan.

Clone marshal commanders were the highest rank a clone trooper could gain within the Grand Army of the Republic. They were usually in charge of Corps-level formations. The marshal commander was an equivalent to Major Generals or Lieutenant Generals outside of the Grand Army.

Obi-Wan Kenobi cast Flea
But this was no Californication: the musician is actually in the show. Flea plays a character named Vect Nokru, a bounty hunter hired by Reva (Moses Ingram) to kidnap a young Princess Leia (Vivien Lyra Blair) in order to lure Obi-Wan out of hiding.
Known survivors. It was said that fewer than one hundred Jedi—approximately one percent of the entire Order—survived Order 66.
The Seventh Sister was a female Mirialan Inquisitor who served the Galactic Empire and operated as a Jedi hunter in the years before the Battle of Yavin. She was tasked with tracking down Ahsoka Tano, a prominent figure in the rebellion against the Empire, by the Sith Lord Darth Vader.
Before she became a Jedi hunter, she had possession of a droid. However, it was taken away from her, like many of her past belongings and acquaintances. During her time as an Inquisitor, the Third Sister wore black armor with a cape, and wielded a red-bladed Inquisitor lightsaber.
The theory is that Satine's nephew Korkie Kryze, who bears a striking resemblance to Obi-Wan, is actually Satine and Obi-Wan's son. This has never been confirmed, so it seems likely to be only mere speculation, but there's no definitive proof that Obi-Wan didn't have a child with Satine.
Reva is NOT the daughter of Mace Windu.
Just because she is black and was a Jedi Youngling, it does not mean she was his daughter.

He is the first clone trooper to receive Order 66 on-screen, and he obediently commands his troopers to shoot down Obi-Wan and to locate his body to confirm the kill. Cody later appears in The Clone Wars film and its related television series.
