Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty. Service for liquid damage to an iPhone or iPod isn't covered by the Apple One-Year Limited Warranty.
Cracked screens are not covered by warranty. If you have the screen replaced by Apple, your phone will still be covered by the remainder of your warranty. However, you will have to pay to have the screen replaced. Any accidental damage potentially voids the warranty.
