The Luminescent Baby was born in Qing Qing, China and was the first person in the world to be born with a Quirk.
The first person to manifest a Quirk was a newborn baby in the city of Quig Quig, China, who had the ability to emanate light from their body. After that incident, many people around the world began to manifest different kinds of special abilities, though the cause of the phenomenon was unknown.
I also think that quirks first emerged around the 1910-1920s. Or at least, that's the earliest they could emerge. 2 mins and roughly 50 seconds in the first episode, there is a scene of the hospital where the glowing baby was born. There are vehicles in front of the building, and most notably a tour bus.
One For All, All For One, Life Force, Fa Jin, Gearshift, and the unnamed Luminescence Quirk are the oldest known Quirks in the series.
6 Hikage Shinomori
The fourth user of the Quirk, Hikage Shinomori might not have been the strongest user of this power but he was definitely one of the most important.
The name of the fourth wielder of One For All is Hikage Shinomori and the Quirk he wielded originally was that of "Danger Sense", which allowed him to sense when there was an incoming threat to his person, much like Marvel's Peter Parker has when he enters into the fray as Spider-Man.
Fans know that his name is Hisashi Midoriya and that his quirk is fire breathing. It's assumed that Hishashi's fire-breathing quirk isn't as eye-catching as Dabi's flames since Inko brushed it off at Izuku's doctor's appointment as a child. Currently, Hisashi's work has taken him abroad, leaving Inko and Izuku alone.
According to Deku's mother, the inherited quirk Deku should've naturally received would've either been his father's quirk, breathing fire, or her own ability to levitate small objects.
No. Deku's father hasn't been shown yet, but he has a fire-breathing Quirk. I doubt that All For One would conceive any children. It just doesn't seem like him.
1 Shigaraki
All For One is arguably the rarest and most powerful Quirk possessed by any villain in My Hero Academia. This Quirk so thoroughly defines its bearer that he's taken it as his name. All For One's Quirk lets him steal Quirks from other people and use them as though they were his own.
As time passes in the manga and anime, Eri is later seven years old. Initially, Eri lacks control over her Quirk and doesn't learn to use it properly for quite some time, but as time passes, she is able to use her Quirk for better things and is able to escape her past.
Life Force, All For One, One For All, Fa Jin, Gearshift, and the unnamed Luminescence Quirk are the oldest known Quirks in the series.
Who is God of quirk? God is the quirk that everyone has, who has their own original character, quirks and entire alternate universes. The power of the quirk only has an effect on the universes that the respective user has created himself and has no influence on any other alternative universes.
Hellflame is the Quirk of the current Number One Hero, Endeavor. This Quirk is quite powerful as it allows Endeavor to produce and freely manipulate high-temperature flames. At its maximum power, Hellflame can prove to be lethal for almost anyone in My Hero Academia.
All For One (オール・フォー・ワン, Ōru Fō Wan?): All For One's Quirk allows him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. All For One can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people.
One For All is one of the strongest Quirks in My Hero Academia, if not the strongest. It allows the super to stockpile incredible amounts of power within their body which, when released, grants a tremendous boost in power.
Deku's dad, Hisashi, has been working abroad since his childhood, likely before he could remember. This is pretty much all we know about the man other than his quirk. While the story mentions him in the start, Deku and his mom never see or even call the man.
Manga Debut
Akazuko Midoriya (fan-made character) is the eldest son of Deku (Izuku Midoriya) the worlds greatest superhero he is reffered to as ''next''. he is one of the main characters striving to achieve his dream of becoming the number 1 hero, after receiving one of the worlds most powerful quirks.
Izuku was raised primarily by his mother Inko, who has the ability to make small objects float towards herself. His father, Hisashi, whose quirk allows him to breathe fire, is not seen due to him working abroad in the United States.
If we were going to point out one of the unsung heroes from My Hero Academia, we'd have to pick Inku Midoriya. She may not be a hero in title, but she certainly is a hero in our hearts.
Eighth User: Toshinori Yagi
Toshinori Yagi, or the pro hero All Might, is the User to keep One for All for the longest, holding One for All for 40 years, and this is attributed to him being quirk-less.
Why does Deku become a villain? The concerns surrounding Deku grew after he awoke his new quirk Black Whip, originally belonging to Daigoro Banjo, one of the inheritors of One for All. Deku was unable to control its powers and its generally dark and intimidating image didn't help his case.
