Well. Iron Man has an arsenal of suits. He could bombard Vader with them at long-range, then hope that they can kill him. If they start out at close range though, Vader force-chokes Iron Man before he can lift a finger.
Darth Vader may be imposing, but the Star Wars comics just made it clear that if he clashed with Iron Man, Tony Stark would be able to come out ahead.
Adam Warlock is a being of immense power. He has superhuman strength and agility, can manipulate energy beyond comprehension, and has a healing ability that would mean much of Vader's physical attacks would be unsuccessful. This fight would be over pretty quickly, and Warlock would be the victor, no question.

We would have to give the victory to Darth Vader. While the two dark lords seem perfectly matched on their villainy and power, Darth Vader's lightsaber and ability to immediately use the force to choke Voldemort, without chanting any spell would end this showdown in seconds.
Kenobi definitively beating Vader in a fight and choosing to walk away and let him live may have broken something in Anakin, forcing him to turn his focus away from the past and on to the future.
Technically Vader would have an advantage because the force is mystical and Superman unfortunately has a weakness to magical properties. Superman. A lightsaber can't hurt him and Vaders cybernetics makes him vulnerable to Supes strength. Very nice painting, as always ! but obviously Superman wins.
But this epic showdown ended on an incomplete note, with Vader allowing Kenobi to escape with his life as a wall of fire separated the two characters. Not exactly what viewers have come to expect from the ruthless Sith lord.
