J.K. Rowling has stated one of the reasons Ginny is gifted is due to the fact she was a seventh child and the first female Weasley born in generations, which ties into the superstition of the seventh daughter of a seventh daughter.
From a young age, Ginny Weasley is pretty much renowned for her magic. Fred and George make the comment that her bat-bogey hex is both powerful and terrifying. It's often said as a joke but as the series moves on and Ginny grows, it becomes pretty obvious that she does have extremely powerful magic.
Ginny is the youngest in the Weasley family but one would argue that she is the most powerful. The movies show a little bit of it but in the books, she can throw some pretty powerful spells right alongside Hermione, who happens to be one of her closest friends.
Ginny Weasley's aptitude for the Bat Bogey Hex was impressive enough to earn her the admiration of no less a talent-spotter than Professor Slughorn.
And because Harry misses his parents James and Lily Potter and battles Voldemort throughout the story, he feels that he has something to prove. All of these things combine to make Harry Potter more powerful than Ginny Weasley.

Neither of them is Slytherin's heir. Although, as Dumbledore says, Harry's ability to speak Parseltongue is a skill accidentally transferred by Slytherin's actual heir, Voldemort, when he tried to kill Harry as a baby. So perhaps this is one myth with a bit of truth to it.
Hermione, Ginny is pretty good at the Bat Bogey Hex but Hermione is great at everything except a Patronus Charm. So I should say Hermione is more powerful when it comes to magic.
She gets to act like an ass and is rewarded for it: she hexes Zachariah Smith for no reason other then him “annoying her”. She can insult people but will tear into anyone who does it: she calls Luna “Looney” when she first introduced her to everyone but will jump anyone else who does it.

Lord Voldemort lived inside those pages, and Ginny was eventually possessed as the Dark wizard began to absorb her strength, control her into opening the Chamber of Secrets, and nearly killed her. The event, though undeniably traumatic, was a pivotal point in Ginny's life.

Ginny and Cho are more conventionally attractive than Hermione. Ginny has been described as attractive not only by Harry, but also by Krum and Zabini. Pansy also mentioned that a lot of boys like her. Therefore, it is likely that she is not only physically attractive, but also have an attractive personality.

After Harry got banned from playing the game in book five, and when he was stuck serving detention with Snape in book six, Ginny stepped up and helped take Gryffindor to victory in not one but two Quidditch Cups, one more than Harry!
