Why are our photos showing up in the other person's iPhone? How do I stop this? You are using the same iCloud ID and are sharing photos via Photostream. You need to either use separate iCloud IDs or turn off Photos in iCloud.
Each person should use their own Apple ID, and many things will get merged and combined when one is shared, such as photos. Make sure you are logged in to your own Apple ID in System Preferences ➡️ iCloud / Apple ID. It appears that your husband's iPhone and your Mac is sharing the same Apple ID account.

Most likely, you have your phone set to automatically copy all your pictures to your cloud account, such as Apple iCloud. Your husband is either using the same cloud account you are, or he has your iCloud password.
If you have setup Shared Albums, then the person(s) whom you have shared albums with could see the photos in those albums as well. If you have setup iCloud Photos, then your photos are being uploaded to iCloud. If this iCloud account is accessible to someone else then they can view those uploaded photos.
Those photos are for your device only. They can't see them.
For Android devices, if you are running Android OS 12 or newer then a small green dot will appear at the top right of the screen when the camera is in use. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap the camera icon to see which app is using the camera.
