Due to the conflict in Ukraine, FedEx, UPS and DHL have suspended deliveries to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine. At the present time, the US Postal Service is the only option for shipping to these countries, though USPS service may also experience interruptions or be unavailable depending upon circumstances on the ground.
Russian Post ships domestically and internationally. If you are shipping something from Russia to another country, you can use the post of Russia or use their special EMS courier.
In Australia Post's case, the undelivered post will go to a Mail Redistribution Centre where it is stored for two months, during that time the team works to get the parcel home and if two months pass then mail is stripped of identifying markings and auctioned with all proceeds going to charity.
Who does USPS use in Australia? Post sent internationally by any government postal service will be delivered by the equivalent service in the other country - that operates through the Universal Postal Union (UPU). In Australia that is now called Auspost.
