In reality, Bellamy was sent to the planet Etherea with the Disciple Conductor Doucette. Bellamy's experiences on Etherea during the two months he spends trying to reach the Anomaly causes him to convert to the Disciple cause and to betray his friends after returning to Bardo, thus becoming a traitor to Wonkru.
Bellamy Poisons Octavia
Yet, in order to safeguard his people and keep the peace between the different groups, he convinced that this is the only way to save Clarke. Since nothing could stop Octavia from starting a war, Bellamy makes the hard choice of putting down his sister by poisoning her.
Clarke's reason for killing Bellamy comes from wanting to protect Madi. But, what does Bellamy's death lead to? Madi decides to go against Clarke's actions, going straight to Cadogan herself. By doing that, Madi undermines the reason Clarke killed Bellamy in the first place.
Octavia finally understands and forgives Clarke. Since raising Hope, she understands and shares the feeling that she wants to do anything for her, Octavia even forgives her for killing her brother, understanding her decision to protect Madi.
Clarke and Bellamy's final moments together occur at the end of “Blood Giant,” where Bellamy is about to put Madi in harm's way by handing over her sketchbook to Cadogan. The scene concludes with Clarke killing Bellamy, preventing him from risking Madi's life.
While the show is only loosely based on the books and has now far surpassed any territory explored in the source material, it bears mentioning that Bellamy and Clarke do have a romantic relationship in the books on which the show is based. They eventually get engaged, and it's implied they build a home in the woods.
Though the two characters were close for years and years on the show, their connection remained platonic until the end, when Bellamy met a deeply unsatisfying fate. But the two actors (who are married in real life) have a new project, and this time, they're definitely a couple—a married one.
Clarke turns the corner and finds Picasso has joined her friends. Octavia, Raven, Murphy, Emori, Indra, Gaia, Levitt, Jackson, Miller, Niylah, Echo, Hope, and Jordan have all chosen to live the rest of their lives with Clarke on Earth. And that's the end—a happy ending.
Bellamy Did: Poisoned Her
Eager to end her reign - and save Clarke - Bellamy poisons Octavia with the algae Monty was growing in space. He gives her just enough to keep her alive, but his actions still put her in a coma - and, if things had gone wrong, he certainly could have killed her.
Yes, they lose a lot of their number in the fighting pits, but those losses are sacrifices that prevent more loss of life. Octavia makes a difficult choice and willingly becomes the villain for her people to fear, making the decision so that her people can hate her instead of themselves.
Bellamy Blake was charged in absentia for his attempted assassination of Chancellor Jaha in "Pilot" in order to get on the dropship with his sister, Octavia. He was later pardoned in "Day Trip" by Chancellor Jaha in exchange for revealing it was Commander Shumway who had set up the assassination attempt.
They slept together once after Raven broke up with Finn, but after she says it didn't help. Later on, their relationship changed into mutual respect.

In "Damocles (Part 2)", Clarke and Bellamy's friendship is restored after Madi convinces Bellamy to forgive Clarke by telling him about the radio calls. In Season Six, Clarke makes amends with Bellamy for leaving him in Polis before she unwillingly becomes a host for Josephine Lightbourne.
Gina Martin was a minor character in the third season. She was portrayed by Leah Gibson and debuted in Wanheda (Part 1). Gina was one of the residents of Arkadia and went on supply runs to Mount Weather. Gina was Bellamy's girlfriend and brought him a present from her last supply run.
In a separate interview with TVLine, Rothenberg added of Levitt's response to Octavia: "That's a crushingly sad moment for Octavia to realise, that Bellamy was right. "That was just the rule we established for transcendence, so it didn't make sense at that point [to bring Bellamy back]."
After Lincoln's death, Octavia disowned Bellamy, blaming him for Lincoln's death. However, through Season Four, events make Octavia overcome her own personal demons, making her realize that no matter what he is her big brother and she will always love him.

Why did Octavia turn evil? Octavia becomes so caught up in the power she holds over her people that she doesn't want to listen to the advice of anyone else. That's not just a flaw in leadership. That leads to a villainous act.
Does anyone know what happened to Octavia and Lincoln's child? They never had a kid Octavia was never pregnant. If you google the 100 there's a clip of her telling Lincoln she's pregnant, then they show the baby, then they leave it behind for her brother to take care of.
Before 54 bc Octavia was married to Gaius Marcellus, by whom she had two daughters and a son. On the death of Marcellus in 40 she was married to Mark Antony, who at the time was ruling the Roman state with Octavian and Marcus Aemilius Lepidus.
Octavia, or Skairipa became the leader of the clans in the bunker which eventually lead to her most recent name Blodreina. Blodreina refers to the title “Red Queen”. This title is taken literally as Octavia's rules in the bunker cause bloodshed among traitors.
After arriving on Earth, Clarke and Bellamy become attracted to each other and eventually develop a friendship while co-leading the 100 with Wells. Eventually, someone sets fires to their camp, ultimately they discover that they are not alone on Earth.
And while nothing will ever — E-V-E-R — make up for the fact that the writers somehow thought it fitting to kill their male lead, the one saving grace is that IRL Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Bellamy (Bob Morley) are married. Married atop a mountain no less.
Although it certainly would have appeased some fans, pairing Clarke up with Bellamy at the last minute would have diminished the impact of her relationship with Lexa and taken away from her character's personal growth. The 100's ending was a fitting send-off for its characters.
