Valkyrie is an Asgardian. She was part of a legendary force of women warriors that seemingly all perished. When Odin ordered the Valkyrie to drive his daughter
When Odin's daughter Hela, goddess of death, sought to claim Asgard for herself, Valkyrie and her fellow warriors charged into battle to stop her, but they were all slaughtered. Valkyrie only survived because one of her fellow shieldmaidens sacrificed her life to save her.
Attack on the Statesman
Korg was one of the many survivors from Thanos' attack who took part in leading the remaining Asgardians to safety in escape pods alongside Valkyrie and Miek, before Thanos destroyed the ship and killed the remaining forces inside the Statesman.
Why is Valkyrie named “King” rather than “Queen?” Because gender-coding renders “King” a more powerful word than “Queen.” Taika Waititi has delivered another excellent Thor and Valkyrie story. The film finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) on a journey unlike anything he's ever faced – a quest for inner peace.
The remaining Valkyries were killed in a war between Odin and Hela over rule of Valhalla. Odin restored the Valkyries to life after he regained possession of Valhalla, but these Valkyries only have physical form within Valhalla; outside it, they exist only in astral form.

Though none of the Valkyries in God of War can really be described as "easy," some are definitely a little less challenging than others. This can, to a certain extent, depend on the equipment that you have equipped, though, generally speaking, Gunnr is probably the best place to start.
One is just a flirtatious moment with one of Zeus' (Russell Crowe) handmaidens when Valkyrie kisses her hand, and the other comes in a conversation with Korg (Taika Waititi).
The film does confirm her sexuality though, when Korg (Waititi) mentions that Valkyrie's girlfriend died in battle. There is also a blink-and-you'll-miss-it scene in which Valkyrie kisses another woman's hand. However, that is really the full extent of Valkyrie's bisexual storyline.
While the fourth Thor film does confirm that Valkyrie is canonically queer, it takes place during a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment where Waititi's character Korg points out that Valkyrie is sad and drinks too much because her girlfriend died in battle.
Characters who survived the snap.
It's worth noting that the original "Avengers" group — Tony Stark, the Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye, and Black Widow all survived. Trailers have shown Hawkeye donning his new Ronin outfit.
Note that all the members of the original Avengers team — Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye — survived Thanos' attack.
Once Thor defeats Gorr, Korg has acquired a new body and fallen in love with a fellow Kronan named Dwayne (voiced by Dave Cory).
Valkyrie are all female. They reproduce by mating with the males of other species, Humans, Nephilim, Cambions, Angels, and Demons, to be exact. In all cases, the Valkyrie has dominant genes. This almost always ensures that the child is a Valkyrie.
They DO know each other…Valkyrie and Hulk know each other well, they train together, Hulk calls Valkyrie “Angry Girl”.
Göll is the youngest of the 13 Valkyrie sisters and the deuteragonist of the series. During the Ragnarok matches, she is usually seen by Brunhilde's side, anxiously watching each match.
Valkyrie — Lesbian
She is openly gay and not afraid to make her identity known, even saying “I like my women like I like my sake,” while waiting to drop or “bandits dropping like your girl's inhibitions,” when sensing eliminations around the map.
Valkyries can become pregnant and carry the fetus to term, but they die in childbirth (Let Them Burn). Upon a Valkyrie's last death they disintegrate into particles of light. These particles of light coalesce into the shape of a Valkyrie with her wings and ascends into the sky.
Valkyrie, also known by her Asgardian name Brunnhilde, was selected by Odin to lead his personal unit of shield-maidens, the Valkyrior. Renowned for her prowess in battle, Valkyrie is often accompanied by her winged horse Aragorn and carries the enchanted sword Dragonfang.
It's clear that Valkyrie's developed a lot of affection for Jane, and the two warrior women get along really well. Valkyrie and Jane never get together romantically, but you can see glimpses of the sisterhood that Valkyrie lost in the battle with Hela. In Jane, she finds someone with whom she can reestablish that bond.
She's King. Thor and Valkyrie's choice of words is very interesting. Traditionally, kings have a higher rank and more power than queens. Also, Valkyrie already messes with Asgardian gender a little bit by being a female warrior.
Superhuman Longevity: Like all Asgardians, Valkyrie is extremely long-lived, as she ages far slower than humans. Despite being over 5,000 years old; she still maintains the physical appearance of a woman in her prime.
Valkyrie Gunnr is the weakest of the Valkyries and is located at Odin's Hidden Chamber along the shores of Thamur's Corpse - available once you have obtained the Magic Chisel.
