The 2020 Marvel Comics one-shot clarifies that, while Bruce Banner and virtually everyone else has forgotten Spider-Man is Peter Parker, because of his "One More Day" bargain with the demon Mephisto, the Hulk has not. "I don't forget," he emphasizes.
Hulk surprises Spider-Man by referring him to his fellow hero as Peter, as he explains, "you made everyone forget who you are. Banner forgot. But I don't forget." Much like the Sentry, Banner doesn't have a memory of who the hero really is, but after his transformation into the Hulk, the green monster does.
Previously, Spider-Man made everyone forget his secret identity (including Banner), but somehow, the Hulk remembered. This occurred in the infamous "One More Day" storyline, in which Parker made a Faustian bargain with Mephisto to undo his unmasking in Civil War.
Holland's MCU hero figures out that the only way to reverse this is to make sure no one remembers his Peter Parker, which will stop them from coming to the MCU due to the original spell. After a few emotional goodbyes, Doctor Strange performs the spell and wipes all memories of Peter Parker from the main MCU universe.
Wong is most likely to remember Peter Parker as evidenced by his line in No Way Home prior to Doctor Strange's failed casting of the first memory-wipe spell to make everyone forget who Peter was.
He explains to Jennifer Walters — his cousin — that he spent years creating an inhibitor device that he wears on his arm. The device helped heal his injury a little bit, but it mostly kept him in human form all the time. Bruce and Jen are in a car accident early in the episode, and Bruce's device breaks.
She-Hulk Explains Why Banner Was In Human Form In Shang-Chi
In She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Bruce explains to his cousin Jen Walters (Tatiana Maslany) that he designed a special Hulk Inhibitor Device, which he created specifically for transforming back to his human form.
She-Hulk Producer Offers Clarification
"No, he was in human form in the Shang-Chi tag because of our show, and the reason we had him in human form was because of the nature of the accident. We knew that we wanted him to bleed onto Jen, which is how she got his blood.
Skaar is the son of the Hulk and Caiera the Oldstrong. After Caiera's death, a cocoon containing Skaar fell into the lake of fire. After a period of time, Skaar emerged from the cocoon, appearing to be the age of a human boy.
In the latest issue of Marvel Comics' Hulk, it seems as though the primary Bruce Banner doesn't hold Spider-Man in very high esteem as a hero. Sadly, it seems as though the Incredible Hulk holds very little respect when it comes to Spider-Man.
This theory comes from Wong's comment early on in the film, as Doctor Strange is preparing to cast the initial spell. He tells Strange, “Just leave me out of this.” 4K] SPIDER-MAN NO WAY HOME: Wong STILL Remembers Peter!
...Or, at least, they did until Disney acquired the distribution rights to four of them in July 2013. That month, they acquired the rights to Iron Mans 1 and 2, Thor and the first Captain America. Disney did not, however, purchase the rights to The Incredible Hulk, meaning it still lies with Universal.

Within the Marvel Universe, Hulk has shown intense fear for Brian Banner, and Bruce's father often takes the blame for Hulk's lack of control. Brian convinced his son that he was a monster and killed Bruce's mother, Rebecca. Eventually, Bruce killed his dad in self-defense.
Throughout the movie, Banner tries desperately to bring Hulk out, but the green guy refuses. But it's not because the transformation mechanism isn't working. “If the Hulk were to say why,” Joe Russo explained, “it's that Banner only wants Hulk for fighting. He's had enough of saving Banner's ass.”
Fortunately for Jen, she and Bruce share a rare combination of genetic factors that allow them to synthesize gamma radiation into something else. After Jen's exposure to his blood, Bruce began running tests to analyze her blood which proved to be the key to healing his arm.
Both characters are known for their fighting prowess, but the two are quite different: the Hulk is incredibly strong but lacks finesse while Shang-Chi is widely considered the best hand-to-hand combatant in the Marvel Universe (but obviously lacks the Hulk's super-strength).
Bruce Banner's arm is fully healed after Avengers: Endgame thanks to She-Hulk: Attorney At Law.
Thanos vs MCU Hulk
The polished fighting style of Thanos proved too much for Hulk and his overall brutality and savagery. Hulk had the upper hand for all of two seconds due to the element of surprise before Thanos was able to finish the fight with a few quick blows.

In the Marvel Comics, Ned was essentially brainwashed into becoming a villain, after the real Hobgoblin, Roderick Kingsley, tricked him through mind control. Ned began to believe that he was Hobgoblin all along, eventually committing crimes while under Kingsley's influence and using the Hobgoblin alias.
If Doctor Strange was speaking literally when he said that nobody in "the world" would remember Peter Parker, then - surely! - Nick Fury (the real Nick Fury, who has been on the moon this entire time) still remembers him.
Why didn't Peter tell MJ and Ned who he was at the end of No Way Home? Because he's seen the harm that can befall people, just for being associated with him. Both MJ and Ned have nearly died multiple times, and MJ still carries the injuries from the final battle. Aunt May did die.
