As the first Dark Lord of the Sith, Ajunta Pall founded the first Sith Empire and expanded it onto other worlds. The Sith took over the planet Ziost and created it as their capital and as Pall's new home. Pall eventually died after serving the Empire for many decades, but his Empire lived on.
Taking control of the Rakatan Foundry, Revan attempted to construct an army of extermination droids to destroy the Empire, but the Jedi Master died when he was defeated by an Imperial strike team.
Jedi and Sith alike fear the loss of power, but the Sith choose to harness that fear as a source of strength.
A Sith Lord with the ability to prevent death and create life, Plagueis is the mentor of Sheev Palpatine/Darth Sidious, who, in accordance to the Sith's Rule of Two, eventually betrays Plagueis by murdering him in his sleep, taking his place as Sith Master.

The Sith remained hidden for a millennium, allowing the Jedi to believe that their ancient nemesis had gone extinct. The Sith stayed in hiding for a thousand years, their survival unknown to the Jedi, as they continued their revenge against the Jedi through Bane's Grand Plan.
In the construction of a Sith lightsaber, individuals partook in a process known as bleeding. By ways of the Force, they would pour negative emotions such as rage, hate, fear and pain into kyber crystals. The process would result in the crystals gaining a distinctive crimson or red hue.
Star Wars: The Visual Encyclopedia says that as "windows to the soul, eyes reflect the emotions harnessed by the Sith. When rage and anger seethe inside a dark side user, their eyes may burn yellow with a fiery-red rim." What that means is a Sith's emotions will be shown through their eyes.
The average lifespan for a Sith, without any assistance from medical technology, is around 250 years. Taking into account that Force sensitive beings have extended lifespans, most Sith can reach up to 400 years.
Darth Shain, headmaster of the Korriban Temple, took notice and convened with the Dark Councilor and Dark Lord of the Sith Darth Shane McMahon, who decided to confer the title of Sith Lord to the young apprentice at the age of 11, making him the youngest Sith Lord in the history of the Sith.
The term "Sith Lord" generally encompassed members of both sexes, although some female Sith such as Lumiya, Tahiri Veila, Olaris Rhea, and Vestara Khai were styled Sith Lady.
That didn't stop fans speculating on whether Snoke was really Darth Plagueis or Anakin Skywalker's evil twin or something else entirely. It didn't turn out to be anything as grand when The Rise of Skywalker revealed that, actually, Emperor Palpatine was in charge all along.

Many sith masks appeared to lack eye openings or otherwise restricted the vision, presumably requiring the wearer to perceive his or her surroundings through the Force.
Reva seeks to capture Obi-Wan Kenobi as a show of loyalty and effectiveness to Darth Vader. She knows who Vader once was and understands his relationship with his former Master. She pursues Obi-Wan with a level of dogged determination that may be better described as an obsession.
