Throughout the episode Onesies, it is heavily implied that Brandy has fertility problems, meaning that she may not be able to have children of her own, which may have caused her and Chilli's argument prior to Bluey's Big Play.
In Brandy's reticence to be around what she can't have herself, we get a close-up look at the true impact of infertility. By isolating herself from her sister and nieces, Brandy's pain has altered the shape of her own life, but also Chili's, Bluey's and Bingo's.

In Season 2, Episode 13, "Dad Baby," Bluey's father, Bandit, simulates giving birth to Bluey's younger sister, Bingo. While the episode maintains the show's typical silly tone, it apparently veers too close to sex education territory for Disney to allow it to be distributed on platforms aimed at young children.
She suggests that Brandy is unable to have children of her own. "There's something aunty Brandy wants more than anything as well but she can't have it, and there's not really anything anyone can do," she says.
Just so so much love for this heartfelt storyline, and so moving to read Joe Brumm explaining it so simply. Oderberg reached out to Brumm to settle once and for all what she called the “heated online debate” around the episode. He said yes: “'The Show' indeed does point at Chilli having a miscarriage.”
The theory has been circling fan circuits since the show's first season when Bingo was mysteriously admitted to the hospital in 'Bumpy and the Wise Old Wolfhound' without an explanation. Many believe the reason behind the little pup's hospital visit is Bingo suffering from Celiac disease or a strong gluten intolerance.

This confirmation comes thanks to the book Hard to Bear: Investigating the Science and Silence of Miscarriage, by Isabelle Oderberg. Bingo is Bluey's younger sister. She's 4 years old, and a red heeler like her mum. Bingo also likes to play but she is a bit quieter than Bluey, so is more likely to be the customer than the shop owner. Sometimes though, when Bluey asks her to be the doctor, rather than the patient, she really enjoys it.
Since the episode called Christmas Swim, many fans have speculated him to be dead, while others think that he was divorced, others think he passed away due to dementia, others think he's too busy focusing on a job or was likely sent to a hospital in a prolonged time for long-term care.
