when midoriya activates his quirk, his veins glow and he gets surrounded by green lightning. obviously the lightning is just a visual effect to show that his quirk is activated and I doubt it could actually zap anyone.
In order to try to protect people, Izuku left UA and is working with All Might and an elite squadron of heroes as he goes through his Batman phase—better known to fans as Dark Deku.

Izuku's quirk which is featured in Deku and The Power of Aura. This quirk allows him to manipulate the aura around him. This quirk requires a lot of physical will and discipline in order for Izuku to use the quirk. The aura around his body is green.
Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
8 His Green Lightning Aura When Using OfA
One form is the "veins" of power the Anime shows us whenever he uses it. This is most likely purely aesthetic and can't be seen by characters in the show. But, the green lightning that surrounds Deku when using it can be seen.
The manga has provided little information on Izuku's father. Fans know that his name is Hisashi Midoriya and that his quirk is fire breathing. It's assumed that Hishashi's fire-breathing quirk isn't as eye-catching as Dabi's flames since Inko brushed it off at Izuku's doctor's appointment as a child.
One For All is one of the strongest Quirks in My Hero Academia, if not the strongest. It allows the super to stockpile incredible amounts of power within their body which, when released, grants a tremendous boost in power.
Why does Deku become a villain? The concerns surrounding Deku grew after he awoke his new quirk Black Whip, originally belonging to Daigoro Banjo, one of the inheritors of One for All. Deku was unable to control its powers and its generally dark and intimidating image didn't help his case.
Villain Deku is the evil version of Izuku Midoriya from the anime My Hero Academia. His bad ending occurs after an alternate version of events in the first episode.
Whenever a hero engages in battle, there is the expectation that parts of their costume will get ripped up or destroyed. With his mask being the first piece to suffer this, as it was not well-designed, Deku likely realized there was no point in having it be constantly repaired or remade by the school's Support Course.
1) One For All: Full Cowl - 100% The biggest issue with the OFA Quirk is that it takes a major toll on the body. With Eri by his side, Deku bypasses this restriction.
Unbeknownst to the world at large, however, is that All Might's great power is not his own, as he was actually born Quirkless. In truth, the Quirk he holds is one that was passed down to him from his mentor, and he's the eighth person to hold it.

1 Shigaraki
All For One is arguably the rarest and most powerful Quirk possessed by any villain in My Hero Academia. This Quirk so thoroughly defines its bearer that he's taken it as his name.
Garaki specifically stole Deku's quirk from him as a child because of its impressive potential, it's also likely that same quirk could've been the ability that All For One chose to pass down to his quirkless successor, Shigaraki.
When Deku envisioned all of the past One-For-All users, he was unable to make out All-Might's figure which was radiating in yellow. When talking to All-Might about the event, Deku suggests that maybe this is because the latter is a relatively new user and still alive.
