The reason Robin “betrayed” the Strawhats is because CP9 had permission to order a Buster Call on the Strawhats. This is an overkill arrangement whereby five vice-admirals arrive with ten battleships and destroy the target with extreme prejudice.
All Robin wanted in life was friends that accepted her, and as soon as she finds that among the Straw Hat Pirates, she gives it all up in an effort to save them from being affiliated with her in the eyes of the World Government.
"Robin Betrayed! The Expectations of the World Government!" is the 269th episode of the One Piece anime.
The real reason the World Government is so obsessed with capturing Robin, of course, is because she's the only living person who can read Poneglyhps. This essentially makes Robin the single most important character to the overarching plot of One Piece.
In the series, Robin is introduced as an antagonist, but eventually becomes the seventh member of the Straw Hat Pirates crew, captained by Monkey D. Luffy.
It can be said that Robin would never harm someone who has not done anything to her, as she did save Luffy before they became crewmates. She becomes very loyal and selfless through her character development, and she was willing to give herself up to protect her crew.
How does Robin become a villain? Robin is an orphan who has been forced by Reverend Darkk, the series' main villain, into becoming a thief and a murderer. He meets Batman when Darkk assigns Robin to kill him.
6 He Made A Promise To Nico Robin
She resigned herself to dying even after Crocodile was defeated, but Luffy wouldn't let her die. While this led to her building up respect toward Luffy, it didn't fully blossom until the events of Enies Lobby when Luffy once again came to her rescue despite her not wanting to be saved.
Unlike Nami, there isn't an obvious love interest
In particular, her possible love interests include the likes of Luffy and Sanji.
For Kaido, there doesn't seem to be a way to get to the One Piece at all. He has nobody with the Voice of All Things in his crew and for him, the only way to get to the One Piece is to get Nico Robin, which is exactly why he ordered Black Maria to capture Robin.
Nico Robin
She stayed with the crew until after the events of the Water Seven arc, when she was found out by the CP-9 and coerced to turn herself in to help the World Government read the Poneglyphs. She initially refused, but agreed to leave after the CP-9 threatened to launch a Buster Call against the Straw Hats.
So far, Nami, Robin, and Usopp have all chosen to leave the crew in the past, before returning. Additionally, Chopper and Sanji have been coerced by third parties to leave the crew despite their wishes, with Chopper returning soon afterwards. The situation with Sanji, however, lasted for around a week.
Does Robin love Luffy? Robin also seems to be very devoted to Luffy, as he is the only person whom she wants to get stronger for. This shows how great her dedication to her captain has become after the Enies Lobby Arc.
This character has betrayed the straw hats unexpectedly. Vegapunk is one of the main characters in the Egghead Island arc of One Piece. He is a character full of intrigue that Oda built up carefully from before the timeskip.
In the Whole Cake Island arc, Pudding tried to help the Straw Hat Pirates, however, she was actually leading them into a trap. She betrayed not just the Straw Hat Pirates but Sanji as well and was planning on killing him and his entire family.
Zoro x Hiyori
They shared intimate moments and Zoro might even find a sense of belongingness when he's with her. Throughout his tedious journey, Zoro met a lot of potential partners but the connection he seems to have with Hiyori seems special as Wanokuni has immense influence over Zoro's life.
Throughout his journey Luffy has made strong bonds with numerous women. At least two have fallen in love with him, Alvida and Hancock, whilst another two have become enamoured with him, Rebecca and Shirahoshi. Nami, Robin and Vivi all share close and deep bonds with Luffy and have become some of his closest friends.
Unfortunately for Hancock, the romance is one-sided, as Luffy does not share the same feelings for her. He is entirely focused on his journey to becoming the King of the Pirates. Luffy trusts her as a comrade and friend but has never stepped beyond these limits.
Tsundere - Zoro has a heart of ice, as he does not show his emotions at all. Although he is characterized in this way, he cares a lot about Nami.
It wouldn't be a stretch to say that most of them would've been dead had Luffy not met them and saved them from inevitable death or freed them from their shackles. At Shell's Town, Zoro would've met his inevitable demise at the hands of Helmeppo's firing squad who were dead set on executing him.
Every Straw Hat Pirate is, without a doubt, loyal to their captain, and they will offer their lives for him in a heartbeat. Of course, fans can be certain that Luffy will definitely do the same. That said, there is one crew member who stands above the rest in terms of loyalty to Luffy: Roronoa Zoro.
It will be Boa Hancock. It is kind of natural inclination for fans of all manga and anime to pair protagonist with main female lead and it is also logical; there are hundreds and thousands of clues available to support that cause.
Robin's main rival and arch-enemy is the criminal mastermind Slade Wilson, even vowing to one day be the supervillain to justice.
Dick Grayson is the original Robin. Though he later assumes the name Nightwing in the comics, Grayson is the most commonly portrayed version in other media. Grayson was temporarily Batman, but with Bruce Wayne's return, he went back to being Nightwing.
Robin is the alias of several superheroes appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was originally created by Bob Kane, Bill Finger, and Jerry Robinson, to serve as a junior counterpart and the sidekick to the superhero Batman.
