Luke was the last remaining survivor of the battle that took the lives of the Emperor and Darth Vader, leaving him as the strongest Force user in the known galaxy, so it's only natural that Snoke would fear such power and want Luke on his side.
Yes, they were afraid of each other. In fact, that's the whole relationship between a Sith master and their apprentice.
Aware of the Jedi Master's power, Snoke saw Luke Skywalker as a threat to his plans. Perhaps at one time or another, Snoke considered taking Luke Skywalker as his dark-side apprentice and second in command over the First Order, surmising the galaxy would have certainly been his to rule if he had done so from the start.
We got a bit more insight into his sinister face and frame in The Last Jedi and now, courtesy of Marvel's Rise of Kylo Ren origin story, we discover the person who actually disfigured Snoke was none other than Jedi Master Luke Skywalker.
Well Luke was basically the most powerful (known) being in the Galaxy at the time, that's why Snoke was so concerned and nervous about finding him. Snoke probably had very little real power, as he mostly used mental manipulation and mind tricks to get his way.
Following the release of The Last Jedi the actor who portrays Snoke, Andy Serkis, stated in an interview that Snoke's scarring was a combination of war wounds and the natural decay of an old body.
Father of Rey
They were nobody." Dathan had a relationship with Miramir, who gave birth to their daughter, Rey. In addition to rejecting Sidious, Dathan married a woman named Miramir, whom he fell in love with. Together, they conceived a child, their daughter Rey, who was born in 15 ABY.
Why didn't Snoke have yellow eyes? Because he wasn't a Sith, he was a strand-cast created by a Sith to corrupt young Jedi such as Ben Solo. Kylo Ren wasn't a Sith, he was a practitioner of the Dark Side, Snoke wasn't a Sith because he was a body used by Palpatine to be present elsewhere in the galaxy.
Snoke Is Not a Sith Lord
He was never given one because he isn't technically a Sith Lord. But the fact that he's a bio-engineered being created by Palpatine explains why his training of Kylo Ren followed the Sith mold so closely, since all along Palpatine was trying to manipulate Ren.
Snoke and his many copies were not a clone of any known individual the way the Clone Army soldiers were modified copies of Jango Fett. Nor was he a one-for-one recreation of a previous body like Palpatine's clone body. Snoke was an entirely new being made from scratch, and Dr.
Mara Jade Skywalker is a fictional character in the Star Wars franchise. She appears in the now non-canon Legends series as the wife of Luke Skywalker and mother of Ben Skywalker.
And just like Anakin, Ben may have grown to hate Han for what he thought was a betrayal, and became so incensed against him that he was willing to kill him. Next: Are Movie Theaters Open On Christmas & Showing The Force Awakens?
So in the comic it's stated that it was Luke who crippled Snoke. (Scar on top of head, part of his left face missing, having problem to walk properly and sit down).
DARK SIDE FRIDAY - Did you know Palpatine feared Qui-Gon Jinn? Palpatine was immensely powerful and he could see the future which made him very confident about pretty much anyone who stood against him. So why Qui-Gon Jinn?
In the context of the story, Snoke is a "genetic strandcast" created by Emperor Palpatine to serve as his proxy in power. Snoke, whom Abrams called "a powerful figure on the dark side of the Force", was introduced as the leader of the First Order and master to the sequel trilogy's primary villain, Kylo Ren.
When asked whether Snoke is more powerful than the infamous Sith Lords, Darth Vader and the Emperor, Andy Serkis responded, “Oh, without question. He has unlimited resources.” Although vague, this bold statement paints a picture of Snoke's potential power and influence as the Supreme Leader of the First Order.
Even though Kylo Ren uses a red lightsaber, harnesses the dark side of the Force, and wears a cape, he is not a Sith. Because of that, he can never hold the title of Darth.
Darth Vectivus was created by Aaron Allston for the first novel of the Star Wars: Legacy of the Force series, Legacy of the Force: Betrayal. He appeared as a spirit to Nelani Dinn and served as a platform for Lumiya to convince Jacen Solo to become Darth Caedus by showing him that not all Sith were necessarily evil.
Bottom line, Dooku never considered himself a Sith. And he wasn't; he was a man looking to change the galaxy in a way the Jedi were unwilling to try. And that is why he joined the Sith and became Darth Sidious' apprentice, Darth Tyrannus. When Dooku became Sidious's apprentice, he was already an elderly man.
Regardless, Dooku's eyes weren't yellow because he wasn't motivated by anger. He was merely a practical dark side user, so he does not have the usual Sith eye color.
Rey's father was the cloned son, artificial genetic strandcast, of the resurrected Darth Sidious, making her the granddaughter of the fallen Galactic Emperor and Dark Lord of the Sith.
What is the connection between Kylo Ren and Rey? As Kylo Ren himself says in The Rise of Skywalker, he and Rey are bonded not just by their familial legacies (Ren as the grandson of Darth Vader and Rey as the granddaughter of Emperor Palpatine) but by their unique connection in the Force.
