As long as you are not forcefully blowing your nose at two weeks (after 3 weeks is OK) or doing anything very strenuous for another week or so, you can safely smile all you want without any concern at all! Inadequate narrowing of the tip cartilages
During a rhinoplasty, the cartilages in the tip of the nose are usually thinned. If this is not done sufficiently, the nasal tip may still look wide. The truth is that this is NOT a common reason for a residual wide tip.
Rhinoplasty can influence the appearance of the upper lip and make it look longer, but it does not actually change the height. If you express interest in making your upper lip more visible, your facial plastic surgeon may rotate or change the position of the nasal tip during a rhinoplasty procedure.

Your cartilage in the area above the tip of your nose has been overresected, leaving a void of tissue that is filling in with scar tissue. The reason why your nose appears to be constantly changing is that the scar tissue is slowly contracting- which is what scar tissue naturally does.
