Ring Doorbell Flashing White Light
If the entire Ring Doorbell circle is blinking a white light then you don't have any problems. This white light pattern means the Ring Doorbell is updating the firmware on the device. This should only take a minute or so and then your ring will be back to normal.
Check the following items. Check your batteries. Check your Auto Shut Off control in your device controls in the Ring app. You may have incorrectly set the time on the control.
The manual "lights" control is the control that appears above the Motion Alerts toggle on your device's main menu in the Ring app. Toggle this control to manually turn the floodlights on (blue) and off (white). Note: This control overrules any other setting or controls that are set with the Ring app.
The duration that the lights stay on after a motion is detected, can be altered in your light settings as well. Disabling both light zones, and toggling the “Record Motion” off, can help to prevent any lights from triggering, but this will also prevent any motions from being detected. I hope this helps!
Open your Ring mobile app and access the main menu. Locate the Nightlight toggle button on the top left corner of the device. Slide the toggle button to turn off the blue light of the camera.

Since LEDs run on low voltage DC electricity, they require a power supply (sometimes called a transformer or driver) to convert from your home's high voltage AC. You can switch off this electricity before it gets to the transformer with a regular on/off switch – usually mounted in the wall like a light switch.
Select your doorbell from the list and press “Device Settings.” Find the “Video Settings” option. Tap “Color Night Vision” to toggle this feature on or off.
By default, the Ring Floodlight Cam's lights stay on for 30 seconds after motion is detected. However this is fully adjustable.
