After he neutralizes Tamayo's poison and emerges from his flesh cocoon, Muzan's hair grows in length and turns white due to Shinobu's poison accelerating his age. He also grows numerous mouths all over his limbs, each one lined with a set of incredibly sharp fangs.
Muzan was born in Japan's Heian era, to a constant struggle to survive on account of his frailty. His heart stopped multiple times in his mother's womb, and when he first entered the world, he was deemed stillborn, having no pulse and not breathing.
Curse of Kibutsuji
This curse besotted any who partake of Muzan's blood must be careful. The curse prevents Muzan's name from being spoken aloud, and any who do will meet a horrible demise. One demon, Susamaru, faced this reality when battling Tamayo.

Demon Body: Unique from other demons, he possesses seven hearts, and five brains. These are responsible for his powerful vitality, should any of them be harmed, he will be severely weakened.
Muzan's dream is to one day stand under the sun proudly and live his life freely. As for defeating the Demon Slayer Corps, he simply wants to annihilate any obstacle that stands in his way. Muzan keeps creating demons, hoping one of them might conquer the sun.
In Infinity Castle, Muzan morphs into a massive flesh cocoon during the battle to dissolve the poison that transforms him back into a human. Muzan then emerges from the cocoon in a stronger form, with jaws sprouting all over his body to quickly kill and swallow Demon Slayers to regain power.
Enmu's passionate praise about Muzan led many fans to think that Enmu is extremely devoted to the demons and worships him with something close to infatuation. He likely wanted to be an Upper Moon to be closer to Muzan, or to not be seen as weak and worthless in Muzan's eyes.
In a nutshell, Muzan, being the progenitor of demons, is not scared of Doma. However, he is irritated by his inability to decipher Doma's thoughts and feelings, which is the ultimate control he has over all of his creations. Upper-Rank Two: Doma is a nihilistic maniac and a misanthropic cold-blooded demon.
Moreover, while she was asleep, Urokodaki performed a unique hypnotism on Nezuko, making her believe that all humans are her family and she must not hurt them in any way. With her immense fondness for humanity, Nezuko broke out of Muzan's control, becoming free to do anything at her will.
Over his long lifetime, Muzan had a number of families. This includes the one he was born into before becoming a demon. Additionally, he took 5 wives, making each one's life miserable. Repeated abuse and torture drove them to take their lives.
While Muzan is indeed the most powerful demon in Demon Slayer, he is still far from being omnipotent. By using his Blood Demon Art, Muzan can actively change his appearance to stay undercover and avoid detection by the Demon Slayers.
Thus, Muzan created demons for hundreds of years even when he didn't want to turn someone. Since he didn't know anything about the Blue Spider Lily medicine, he needed others to find the plant for him by happenstance. This is the general reason why Muzan turned Nezuko into a demon.
14) Muzan Kibutsuji (over 1000)
Being a demon, Muzan is capable of living for many, many years. However, unlike other demons that have aged over hundreds of years. Muzan is well over 1000 years old.
Who does Muzan regret killing? He shows his most human side to fans, wherein he admits to regretting murdering his doctor. He comments that had he been patient, the doctor would have cured him, and he would never have turned into a demon.
Technically, the elder of the two Sakuras` was actually Muzan`s child, by way of his mistress (Lady Jade Wong), who had one of her eggs inserted into Anne`s body.
Does Muzan have a favorite demon? Despite the fact that Muzan. is always shown to have disdain for his creations, Muzan does in fact have a favorite. On that list is Naki, made due to a convenient blood demon.
The first demon that is said to have existed was Muzan Kibutsuji. The one who turned him into a demon was a generous doctor from the Heian Period, who wanted to save Muzan from death since, at the time, he was diagnosed with a disease which would kill him before he turned twenty.
2 Biokinesis – Muzan
The main feature of his Blood Demon Art is cell and body manipulation, allowing him to shapeshift and alter his body in various ways. He can extend bone-like whips from his back which he uses to perform deadly attacks.
Kokushibo is one of the strongest demons in the anime, only second to Demon King Muzan. Before turning into a demon, he was a part of the Demon Slayer Corps alongside his brother Yoriichi Tsugikini.
However, in truth, as revealed after her death, Muzan sees Daki as a tool to keep her brother, Gyutaro, in line, deeming her to be the main reason why the "true" Upper Rank 6 was killed and in truth does not think highly of her and deeming her as someone not very intelligent.
Between all of Tanjiro's skills and his mannerisms, Muzan is certainly scared of Tanjiro. Tanjiro represents and certainly ends up being the core threat to Muzan's quest to step back into the sunlight.
