Award the Queens Platinum Jubilee Medal to all areas of the NHS. Issue the Platinum Jubilee Medal to ALL NHS staff with at least 5 years continuous service, and issue back dated Jubilee medals for eligible staff for all other Jubilee Medals.
The award states that it will be awarded to all front line emergency workers but mentions nothing about those who were actually on the front line, the Doctors, nurses, paramedics and volunteers risking their health and that of their families.
In addition to members of the Armed Forces, The Queen's Platinum Jubilee Medal will also be awarded to members of the Emergency Services and some other public service organisations.
On 5 May 2023, the Culture Secretary announced the introduction of a Coronation Medal to recognise members of the Armed Forces, frontline emergency service workers and people actively contributing to the coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, with an expected total of 400,000 recipients.
The medal, which has been designed by Timothy Noad of the College of Arms, will be awarded to individual George and Victoria Cross recipients and serving members of the Armed Forces and emergency services, among others, and acts as a token of the nation's thanks to those who diligently serve the public.

THE AUSTRALIAN DEFENCE MEDAL
Ex-serving personnel who have served for four years (or have completed a lesser initial enlistment period) either as an ADF Regular or Reserve member since the end of World War II (3 September 1945) are eligible for the medal.
It is only the third time in British history the medal has been granted to an organisation rather than an individual, and the NHS in each of the four nations received their own George Cross.

The Nursing and Midwifery Award
This award is for any nurse or midwife who has used their skills to ensure that patients experience care and compassion.
For bygone generations of Irish people the face of the health service was the Jubilee Nurse who visited households in rural and urban areas bringing her skills, care and compassion to families where illness, poverty, age or infancy were crippling burdens.
A fourth penned: "The Coronation medal has the wrong date, it's not 2033," while one more said: "Why does it say 2033?" The Department for Culture, Media and Sport shot down the suggestion of a typo, meaning the confusion can be put down to what appears to be a trick of the light in the official photos of the medal.

The rule is that war medals should only be worn on the left breast by the person upon whom they were conferred. Technically this honour remains with the individual and does not pass to a widow, parent or relative upon death.
The Victoria Cross is the 'holy grail' for medal collectors because there are only 1,357 in existence.
Coronation 2023
These were issued to chosen members of the royal household, the government, the Armed Forces and others in public service from Britain and the Commonwealth. This longstanding tradition continues to the present day with a new medal issued to mark the coronation of King Charles III on 6 May 2023.
The King's Coronation medal is a gift from the nation to commemorate the coronation. It is to be presented to all serving frontline members of the police, fire, emergency services, prison services and armed forces that have completed five full calendar years of service.
