There is nothing Cap has that can even remotely harm him at all, he'd be statued by Homelander (who can carry three people out of an explosion) and has had trouble fighting multiple regular humans. Has no defense other than his shield, and cannot fly.
He's just a peak human, Homelander is the strongest and most durable supe, it's not even close to a match. Homelander would easily win in a random encounter.
While Homelander is considered one of the most powerful superpowered beings in his universe, against Captain Marvel, the leader of the Seven wouldn't stand much of a chance, as the Marvel hero would destroy him without much effort.
Which's Avengers member is easily beat first by The Homelander? Most of the avengers sure. But the heavy hitters like hulk, Thor, and arguably iron man can beat homelander.
Given his physiology as an Eternal, Thanos, even without the Infinity Stones, could outmatch Homelander, as he's stronger and can take way more damage as he's practically invulnerable. Unlike Superman, Homelander isn't nearly as indestructible as he likely could be killed.
The grand finale of The Boys comic book series confirms that there is only one hero who is actually stronger than Homelander, and that's his (even more) evil clone, Black Noir. Created to be an upgraded version of Homelander, Black Noir proves his superiority in the final battle between these two deranged powerhouses.
Captain America does not stand a chance with both Mjolnir(Halo,Thors) vs Homelander. Simply too fast and too strong. Though, he *might* be able to ward him off and delay him for a bit.
Homelander would win in a fight against Batman. While Batman has superior wits and combat skills, Homelander would use his superhuman strength and speed to easily dispatch the Bat. What's more, Homelander is more durable and has more stamina than Batman, which plays to his advantage.
Homelander has reigned as the leader of The Seven for years, effectively displacing Soldier Boy as the world's Apex Supes. According to public records, Soldier Boy lost his life trying to save a nuclear power plant from melting down in Nicaragua in 1984.
Assuming Mother's Milk means a fully-loaded truck, then Homelander could approximately lift 960,000 pounds or 480 U.S. tons.
Black Bolt
Black Bolt's strength alone puts him above Homelander. But his powers push him even further out of Homelander's level. His heat vision wouldn't have much effect on the Inhuman's king, as he has shown to be able to survive re-entry.
If Spider-Man (comics) had to fight Homelander, would he stand a chance? Yes. he would destroy Homelander, who's the weakest Superman ripoff, even OG Superman(weakest superman) can destroy homelander by sneezing on him. Spiderman has many feats.
Though Homelander has to deal with Deadpool's regeneration, and therefore, cannot kill him, the Marvel anti-hero has little in his arsenal than cause harm to Homelander. His martial arts and katana will be useless against Homelander, who has invulnerability.
2 Destroys: Joker
Arguably the most famous DC villain of all time, Joker's popularity and fame will not help him against Homelander.
Despite Homelander's supremacy in his own universe, in the context of a Homelander vs Superman fight, Superman wins this conflict at a canter.
Forged by dwarves in the heart of a dying star, the weapon is enchanted so that it can only be lifted and wielded by those who are worthy of its powers. Both in the comics and the MCU films, many characters other than Thor himself, both heroes and villains, have been able to lift Mjolnir.
During the 1991 miniseries The Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos, who possesses near-omnipotence via the Infinity Gauntlet, shatters the shield with a blow of his fist while in combat with Captain America.
Even though Soldier Boy could not take down Homelander with the help of Hughie and Butcher (Karl Urban) using temporary doses of Compound V, it was abundantly clear that he is still the closest anyone has been to the individual strength of Homelander.
Homelander may reign supreme in his own world, but over in the Marvel Universe, Hulk is the strongest there is.
Looking at specific examples of Homelander's abilities in The Boys, the magnitude of his powers become more clear. He can fly at speeds above of at least Mach 1, which is 767 miles per hour, and is bulletproof.
As stated before, Homelander has no real fighting experience. Wonder Woman clearly outmatches him in fighting capability since nearly all he does is punch and laser people weaker than him. One major advantage that Wonder Woman has are her Bracelets of Submission.
Homelander would be horribly beaten, The Hulk is simply too strong for him. A weaker Hulk who breaks in two a planet.
However, Noir's fear of Soldier Boy is surprisingly bigger than his loyalty to Homelander.
Starlight also has fairly durable skin. While not as impenetrable as Homelander's, she can take bullets without them leaving much more than a scratch and it takes a crystal saw to cut through her skin enough to remove her Vought tracking device.
