We would have to give the victory to Darth Vader. While the two dark lords seem perfectly matched on their villainy and power, Darth Vader's lightsaber and ability to immediately use the force to choke Voldemort, without chanting any spell would end this showdown in seconds.
In Star Wars Legends and Canon, Galen Marek (Starkiller) is the only Jedi (other than Obi-Wan Kenobi) to put a beat down on Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker. Galen was secretly trained as a Sith Lord apprentice to Vader, but returned to the light side and the Jedi.
Darth Vader by a landslide. Harry Potter needs his wand in order to effectively cast spells, Vader can easily use the force to strip Harry of his wand and therefore most of his magic. One could even argue that the force could cancel out some of Harry's attacks.
They both have massive fleets but Thanos is more powerful. He can One shot Vader with power or his fists. Thanos once knocked Galactus across a moon using beams of power. Galactus beat him but the fact that he was able to do that places him in a high level threat class (godlike).
Utilizing a wand, he is able to conjure any offensive and defensive spell imaginable, not to mention cast any sort of spell for day to day life. He is able to manipulate reality with the flick of his wrist. While Darth Vader wields a powerful and deadly weapon, it really is no match for magic.
This might be a bit of a controversial pick at just number three, but Darth Vader, perhaps the best-known Dark Side user, is not the most powerful Sith ever. Born Anakin Skywalker, Vader became an extremely powerful Jedi Knight, one who was prophesized to be the "Chosen One" who would bring balance to the Force.
Lord Voldemort (Ralph Fiennes), aka Tom Riddle, was described by Dumbledore as one of the best students ever to graduate Hogwarts as well as "the most dangerous Dark wizard of all time." Before he had even learned about the existence of the Wizarding world, he was terrorizing his fellow orphans with impressive but ...
This is an easy one. There's not a person in the Star Wars lore that can beat the Hulk. You could throw every Sith Lord and beings with the force his way and they'd all lose. One by one or all at once, the Hulk would beat them all.
Yoda will most likely win in a fight against Darth Vader because he is more skilled with a lightsaber and has the experience and feats that allow him to trim whatever size and strength advantage Darth Vader has over him. In fact, Yoda nearly defeated Palpatine, something that Vader could never do.
The lightsaber duel didn't last long due to Luke's lack of training with the Jedi weapon and the Force, so Vader effortlessly snatched his old lightsaber from his son. Luke managed to escape before Vader could kill him, but Vader was quickly the winner of the fight itself.
Like Vader, Darth Revan started as a Jedi Knight, being the most powerful Jedi of the time, before switching over to the Dark Side of the Force, becoming an unstoppable Sith who practically purged the galaxy of his enemies. While their stories are similar, Darth Revan went even further than Vader.
In canon, there are only two characters more powerful than Darth Vader: Luke and Yoda. In Legends, there are too many to count.
In any combat where Iron Man understands the extreme threat Vader poses, his comic history suggests he'd be entirely willing to immediately switch to lethal force. Of course, Darth Vader is capable of crushing Iron Man like a tin can, but his Force abilities aren't omnipotent.
Some time later, he faced the Sith Lord Darth Vader. Infil'a put up a fierce fight against Vader, almost killing him by throwing the already damaged Sith Lord off of a cliff. Despite severe damage to his suit, Vader survived the fall, and repaired himself with parts from Infil'a's droid, Arex.
In the Star Wars Universe, it's hard to deny Darth Vader's greatest enemy was the Jedi Order. Sure, he had enemies such as Qi'ra, the Crimson Dawn and Doctor Aphra. But few came close to truly defeating him, other than Obi-Wan Kenobi and in time, his son, Luke Skywalker.
This ensured that the Sith could hone their skills in secret without fear of betrayal from rival Sith factions. More cunning and devious than all but the most attuned Force-sensitive beings, Darth Bane could more than likely defeat Yoda in a battle of both strength and wit.

Loki is used to battling someone with an unsubtle manner and knows how to deal with it. He'll figure out Vader's weakness is his armor and target the control panel, using all of his magic and illusions to trick Vader, get an advantage, and end the Sith Lord.
On the surface, a bout between the two could be written off as an easy win for Superman. He is capable of punching foes into outer space and fast enough to circle a planet in the blink of an eye.
Like Tom Marvolo Riddle (aka Voldemort), Merlin was a Slytherin, an ambitious, powerful wizard. He was a wizarding legend, and, of course, more powerful than the Dark Lord. According to the Harry Potter Wiki, Merlin was “arguably one of the most powerful wizards of all time”.
According to the majority of the users on the platform, Imelda Staunton's Dolores Umbridge takes home the award for the scariest Harry Potter character, and for good reason — not only is she blatantly evil as she is extremely unnerving.
