A villain like Venom is exceptionally difficult to defeat, yet it seems Clint Barton, also known as Hawkeye, knows how to take him down. The best part of it was he accidentally invented a weapon that could kill the Symbiote.
However, Spider-Man defeats Venom by using his Venom Blasts, a unique ability that separates him from the rest of the Spider-Men. Of course, this means that Miles can defeat Venom, as proved in the Marvel Ultimate Comics.
Hawkman is one of DC's most formidable heroes, and that would go a long way in a fight against Venom. Venom has the strength advantage, but Hawkman's flight and dive-bomb attacks give him great weapons against the symbiote bonded hero.
Both Hawkeye and Black Widow are incredibly well versed in the world of martial arts. They showcase their skills throughout the MCU in up-close fighting situations and even do so against each other at points. However, even though Hawkeye has skills in this department, Black Widow has the edge.
Hawkeye might be considered the weakest Avenger in the Marvel Cinematic Universe due to the extent of his abilities, but his best superpower has nothing to do with a bow and arrow. From the moment the McU's Avengers were assembled, Jeremy Renner's Clint Barton has stood out a bit.
Spider-Man can be pretty silly, but he's tough as nails and his spider-senses and agility, combined with super strength, have allowed him to beat Hawkeye every time they've fought.
Hawkeye isn't the strongest Avenger. In fact, he's probably the weakest member of the team. He's a guy who is good with a bow and arrow, as he admits in Avengers: Age of Ultron. Even among the members of the team who don't have superpowers, Hawkeye doesn't stack up.
While he may not have any superhuman abilities, Hawkeye is a crucial member of the team and one of the Avengers who can beat the Scarlet Witch.
While Clint Barton has no superhuman powers (with the exception of the period when using Pym particles as Goliath), he is at the very peak of human conditioning. He is an exceptional fencer, acrobat and marksman, having been trained from childhood in the circus and by the criminals Trick Shot and Swordsman.
A symbiote is only as strong as the bond that it shares with its host. With that in mind, Venom is the clear winner, having formed a number of strong bonds since making its debut back in issue 252 of The Amazing Spider-Man.
Despite being a symbiote that can bond to any being and exist in any environment, there are still a few external weaknesses that can damage Venom. One of those is sound waves. Extremely loud sounds (or extremely high frequency sound waves) can shock the symbiote, and even cause him to separate from his host.
The creature's powers were amplified by Kasady's insanity and bloodthirst, turning him into Venom's most deadly foe. Stronger and faster than Venom, Carnage possesses a host of unique abilities, such as projectiles formed from his own body, as well as the ability to form various weapons from his hands.
Quicksilver's twin sister, Scarlet Witch has reality-altering abilities that allow her to do just about anything that she wants and she's also a skilled magic-user. These abilities would serve her well in a fight against Venom.
and there is no conceivable universe where the venom beats red hulk the red monster simply has too much power the venom will have no option but to lose or flee from the battlefield.

Hawkeye (who I'm assuming the question is referring to) actually does beat Captain America at least once in the comics.
But after the release of WandaVision and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, it's pretty clear that the Scarlet Witch is among the most powerful. Wanda Maximoff has never truly been defeated, only "losing" to the combined forces of Doctor Strange, Wong, and America Chavez after realizing the error in her ways.
So long as the Spirit of Vengeance resides inside them, their human host has the potential to physically live forever. As an added bonus, they remain ageless. In Ghost Riders: Heavens on Fire #6, Johnny Blaze states that since God created the Ghost Riders, only God can destroy them.
Captain America
He would never stay down and was always ready to face unbeatable odds if there was a chance he could save the day.
Hawkeye said Banner asked him to kill him off and gave him the means to do so. All he had to do was wait for a flick of green in Banner's eyes as the cue to shoot. Thus, the Hulk was dead…for two years.
However, there's a line that can be easily missed as it comes right after Tony makes a joke and the rest laugh: Hawkeye tells Thor that he “has seen this before”, so he wasn't too surprised to see he really couldn't lift it, even asking the God of Thunder how he does it.
Hawkeye is probably a better fighter than Green Arrow but he'd still lose the brawl. Hawkeye is good but he doesn't bring anything to the table that Batman hasn't faced a million times before. There's a chance that Hawkeye could get some shots in but they wouldn't matter. Batman takes this one easily.
Daredevil. The Man Without Fear found himself taking on more than he could handle when faced with Hawkeye. While it's true that Daredevil is tougher and more brutal than Hawkeye in CQC, he's not called “Puncheye”.
