Since Obi-Wan Kenobi on Disney+ showed that the Inquisitors know about Darth Vader's history as Anakin and his ties to Obi-Wan it means that Palpatine chose to let his apprentice's apprentices in on their master's mysterious past, or Vader flouted The Emperor's wishes and told his trusted Inquisitors about his time as ...
One of the primary antagonists of the show is an Inquisitor named Reva, who was also present at the attack on the Jedi Temple, and is aware of Darth Vader's identity as a result. She joined the Inquisitors so she could eventually take revenge on Vader.
They did not. Why you may ask? Well first off most people assumed he had died during order 66.
Reva knows that Anakin Skywalker is Darth Vader because she was one of his targets—a child—during the Order 66 killings that took place during the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.
Others who knew the truth included Emperor Palpatine, Yoda, Bail Organa, Ahsoka Tano, Darth Maul, Grand Moff Tarkin, Grand Admiral Thrawn, R2-D2, C-3PO (after his memory was restored), Jocasta Nu, Ferren Barr, Verla and, of course, Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa and Han Solo.
This is confirmed later in the movie when Obi-Wan informs Padme that Anakin killed them. Both are torn apart with hurt and confusion, trying to make sense of something so terrible.
Master Yoda knew that Darth Vader was once Anakin Skywalker- the boy he sensed too much fear in to train way back in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.
During the iconic opening moments of Star Wars: A New Hope, Darth Vader has a tense confrontation with Princess Leia, an adversary who, unknown to him, is actually his daughter. Despite participating in Leia's interrogation, the Sith Lord doesn't uncover his familial connection with the rebellious royal.
The Third Sister was at the Jedi Temple during Order 66. She either saw Anakin kill her fellow Jedi or saw the recording of his crimes. That's why she has such hatred for Obi-Wan. She was a Padawan who escaped Order 66.
Star Wars is finally exploring Leia's emotional reaction to the revelation Darth Vader was really her father - as her identity is transformed. Star Wars has finally revealed Princess Leia's reaction to learning Darth Vader was her father.
The short answer is yes, without a doubt, Vader regretted becoming a cybernetic monstrosity. First, there's the constant pain and discomfort from his suit. Worse, however, is the psychological pain. Vader destroyed everything he had ever known for a chance to save Padme.
How did Darth Vader feel about the Sith Inquisitors? He did not appear to like them. He looked down on them as being inferior to himself. He also realized that they were potential replacements for him as Palpatine's apprentice.
Arguably, most Star Wars plot points revolve around characters simply not knowing something, very often about their family history. But, on top of all of that, the biggest reason Obi-Wan doesn't know Anakin is alive is that the last time he saw Anakin Skywalker in Revenge of the Sith, Ben literally left him for dead.
As a Dark Lord of the Sith, Vader oversaw the training of the Inquisitorius—a group of fallen Jedi who turned against the Jedi Order in the aftermath of Order 66. To teach his Jedi hunters a lesson in the pain of loss, Vader dismembered the right hand of Fifth Brother and the left forearm of Sixth Brother.
Yes he did. And the saddest thing is that there was nothing he could do about it. He was broken. The first case is shortly after ROTS when Vader was making his Sith lightsaber.
Skills and training
During their first years of service, the Inquisitors were weak in the dark side of the Force, for their fighting style was reminiscent of their Jedi training. In order to rectify this, Darth Vader trained them to change their fighting style from a defensive style to an offensive one.
Theory 1: Leia Doesn't Remember Ben Is Obi-Wan
Throughout her encounters with Kenobi in the series, he refers to himself as Ben. The most straightforward explanation would be that Leia knows the person who rescued her is Ben, and never connected the dots that Ben is actually Obi-Wan.
This is not because the Third Sister knows that Leia is Anakin Skywalker's child; it is because the Third Sister found a link between Obi-Wan and Bail Organa and she believed Obi-Wan would do anything to save Bail's daughter.
She also knows Obi-Wan, and she knows him well. Her holographic plea for help, already iconic, will never be the same. She knows Obi-Wan's real name as well as his alias of “Ben.” When Luke comes barging into her cell and says, “I'm here with Ben Kenobi,” Leia jumps off the bunk in an instant.
He either didn't realize it was the same protocol droid or figured he'd been memory-wiped so FUNCTIONALLY wasn't the same droid and didn't care.
Anakin, who has since become the Sith Lord Darth Vader, is unaware of his children's birth. The twins soon became part of the Rebel Alliance following the deaths of their adoptive families at the hands of the Empire.
At some point between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, Darth Vader learned that Luke Skywalker is his son, but when did he discover this?
On Mortis, Anakin encounters a vision of Qui-Gon Jinn, who says he believes Anakin is the Chosen One who will bring balance to the Force.
But there's not actually any evidence that Qui-Gon believed that Anakin was a great person, he simply believed Anakin was "The Chosen One." He also described Anakin as a "vergence" in the Force, suggesting that Qui-Gon's interest in Anakin was 100 percent connected to the idea that Anakin was a blend of light and dark.
