Moderate Profile Implants: Implants with a moderate profile tend to yield the most natural-looking results. As the name implies, they provide more projection compared to low profile implants but not as much as high profile implants. Moderate implants are typically ideal for women with smaller or narrower chests.
Saline vs.
Silicone implants require a larger incision and cannot be adjusted after placement. On the other hand, silicone implants look and feel more natural, even when placed above the muscles of the chest, and are unlikely to ripple, wrinkle, bisect, or otherwise become aesthetically impacted.
Compared to saline implants, they more closely mimic the look and feel of your natural breasts. Gummy bear implants are a type of silicone implant made from a form-stable, cohesive gel. Their unique filling material and teardrop shape provide the most natural-looking results of all breast implant options.
Moderate implants are usually recommended for women with narrower or smaller chests. These implants provide maximum projection by having extremely narrow base widths. These implants yield the most rounded and full results. They may appear less-natural on few patients.
Moderate implant profile
They are the most popular profiles and offer both volume and cleavage while appearing natural. Many patients like to choose these implants for their breast augmentation plastic surgery.
Moderate implants are typically ideal for women with smaller or narrower chests. High Profile Implants: This type of implant is extremely narrow at the base to provide maximum projection. High profile implants yield the fullest and most rounded results, which may look less natural on some patients.
400cc tends to be the single most common implant. 300cc to 360cc size implants are typically enough to give women a fuller shape without significantly altering their frame.
Mr Venkat V Ramakrishnan, a Consultant Plastic Surgeon who works at Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital, says, "There are two important factors when it comes to making breast implants look natural. The first is the amount of natural breast tissue and the second is the size of the implant.
Motiva® Round is typically selected for a round aesthetic appearance, as it provides the highest projection and a complete filling of the upper pole.
So much depends on the natural breast structure. In general, the more natural breast tissue a patient has, the less noticeable will be the implant, regardless of gel or saline. Under-the-muscle placement of the implants creates a more gradual, natural-looking slope to the breasts, particularly in thinner patients.
Silicone Implants
They also contain a tough outer shell but come pre-shaped. This allows them to be inserted as-is. Thanks to the thick consistency of the gel, silicone implants feel smooth and settle in a way that looks very natural.
The biggest reason many women prefer silicone implants is because they look and feel more natural than saline in most cases, particularly in thin patients. The gel has a more convincing consistency that feels realistic.
High Profile.
High profile implants provide more fullness in the upper portion of the breasts compared to flatter implants of the same base width. This results in a rounder and more prominent appearance. This profile is favored by individuals seeking a significant increase in breast volume and enhanced cleavage.
Optimal Breast Position Around 6 Months to A Year
While every woman is eager to see their new results, it is important to understand that optimal breast augmentation results can take up to a year to achieve. Your implants will continue to drop and fluff during this time.
Skin tone and complexion should also be considered when picking your dental implant shade. Individuals who have darker skin tones may look best with a darker shade because their skin can make the teeth look even whiter. Individuals with fair skin, on the other hand, can be best suited with a more white shade.
The same volume of silicone will be much lighter than a comparable volume of saline. This means a silicone implant will be lighter, making it more comfortable to carry around and less likely to sag due to gravity.
In some cases, the Motiva ergonomic gel implant is preferred if the patient is seeking a softer teardrop-shaped result. If a firmer gel is needed in a teardrop-shaped implant, a Mentor CPG will be preferred as it will “drive” the breast shape.
Motiva Implants are manufactured with state-of-the-art technology that helps create an almost completely smooth surface. Due to the increased risks of breast implants with textured surfaces, Motiva does not offer them. Motiva breast implants are NOT textured but are smooth and nanosurface.
Unlike other implants, Motiva does not use materials such as salt and sugar crystals. Its outer surface optimizes biocompatibility and minimizes tissue reactivity. Through the smooth surface, attachment and growth of bacteria are minimized. It also reduces the risk of a double capsule, late seroma, and BIA-ALCL.
One way to avoid a “fake” look with breast augmentation is to place the implant beneath the pectoralis major (chest) muscle. In this position, there is an extra layer of tissue between the implant and your skin so the effect of the implant is blunted making the edges softer and the shape more natural.
TEXTURE…Textured implants are firmer than smooth ones and may not look or feel as natural depending upon patient preference. VOLUME…is how full an implant is. A natural look, using implants, may involve compromise on size. Too much volume has different effects on different people.
Directly after your procedure, you might notice that your implants are "riding high" on your chest and may look flatter than you'd hoped or slightly square in shape. These are normal occurrences caused by tight skin and muscle tissue that will gradually resolve as your implants drop and fluff over the coming weeks.
The volumes will vary if you are larger compared to women who are smaller. But for the average sized women with normal measurements, the C cup implants are between 300-400 cc.
The higher the number of CCs in an implant, the larger it is. Breast implants generally start at about 400 CCs and go up from there, with each 150 to 200 CCs reflecting an additional cup to cup-in-a-half in size.
MODERATE (ROUND STYLE 1600): This has the widest base and least projection, to provide a full, rounded shape. MODERATE PLUS (ROUND STYLE 2000): A similar base but with a slightly higher profile.
