Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader's fundamental weakness is that he was never really a believer in the Dark Side, or in the Sith, or the Empire. He was conned, all the way along. He thought tinkering with the Dark Side could help people he loved. Palpatine/Sidious merely leveraged his fear at losing Padme to stoke this.
It appeared that Darth Vader was more machine than we thought. His armor could be hacked and controlled by a device. In a turn of events, Darth Vader's right limb holding his dangerous scarlet lightsaber was moving of its own accord toward his neck. This was a dangerous weakness indeed.
Darth Vader's Insecurities are His Biggest Weaknesses
In the end, virtually all who have made the attempt to use Vader's cybernetic nature against him have ended up dead or defeated. The elite few who have had the upper hand, even before his conversion to mechanical monstrosity, have done so by dominating him mentally.
In Star Wars Canon, only Luke Skywalker can be acknowledged as the one who truly defeated Darth Vader.
Even after his brutal scorching in the fires of Mustafar, sand remained the only natural phenomenon that Vader feared. To him, sand was a reminder that he'd failed to save his mother or Padme from death.
Because he was not an active member of the Jedi Order during Order 66, Infil'a escaped execution. Some time later, he faced the Sith Lord Darth Vader. Infil'a put up a fierce fight against Vader, almost killing him by throwing the already damaged Sith Lord off of a cliff.
Because his body had been severely burned on Mustafar, Darth Vader was thought to have lost much of his Force potential, although he nonetheless retained an incredibly high midi-chlorian count. As Darth Vader, Skywalker was believed to have had roughly eight-tenths of the strength of the Emperor.
1 Darth Sidious
There has been no Sith, as powerful, meticulous, nor as evil as the Emperor himself, Darth Sidious. As previously mentioned, Sidious trained in the Dark Side by Darth Plagueis before Sidious killed Plagueis in his sleep, making Sidious a Sith Master.
Master Yoda has risen above all others to claim the top spot as the most powerful Jedi of all time and the true chosen one according to IGN's audience. He won pretty handily as well, as he was victorious in 89,756 of his 95,243 battles and had a win percentage of 94.2%.
Aside from agility and telekinesis, Yoda could absorb and redirect Force attacks, like lightning. Because of his higher understanding, he would easily overcome Darth Vader in a fight, though that doesn't mean it wouldn't be a difficult battle.
Luke Skywalker
However, once Luke fully embraced his power in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi, he proved that he was indeed stronger than Darth Vader and struck his father down.
In the Star Wars Universe, it's hard to deny Darth Vader's greatest enemy was the Jedi Order. Sure, he had enemies such as Qi'ra, the Crimson Dawn and Doctor Aphra. But few came close to truly defeating him, other than Obi-Wan Kenobi and in time, his son, Luke Skywalker.
1. Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. Sure, it may be the most obvious rivalry in the galaxy, but the dark-side rift between Darth Vader and his son Luke is also the most iconic in Star Wars history.
His suffering meant he always expected the worst in people, but because of this, it caused his biggest flaw. This mentality stretched back to when Anakin was a Padawan, as seen in Part V of Obi-Wan Kenobi. As Anakin and his master train at the Jedi Temple, he's able to overwhelm Kenobi and disarm him.
Darth Vader's Suit Embeds Needles In His Skin
Unfortunately, these needles, which transmit neurological data throughout his body and allow him to control his limbs, also cause him constant pain. Between the never-ending itchiness and walking around with needles in his skin, it's no wonder he is so angry.
Darth Vader hated what the Death Star stood for, and maybe if Palpatine took his qualms a bit more seriously, it would still be around to help them to rule the galaxy to this day.
You may be looking for Gormo, the Duros captain of Tweigar. N'Kata Del Gormo was a Force-sensitive male Hysalrian Jedi Master who lived during the times of the Galactic Republic. According to legend, he found and trained Yoda and a Force-sensitive Human friend.
Yoda was a legendary member of the Jedi Council as a Grand Master of the Jedi Order and member of a mysterious species capable of living for centuries. He was stronger than most in a connection to the Force and though he was small in size, he'd been so powerful and wise having had trained Jedi for several centuries.
Anakin Skywalker is the son of Shmi Skywalker, born without a father through the Force. He is the secret husband of Padmé Amidala, the father of Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa, the father-in-law of Han Solo, and the maternal grandfather of Ben Solo.
Of course, Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader is remarked as the strongest force-wielding human out there. Under Sidious's tutelage, his rage and unhealthy ambition found release and he became an utterly terrifying menace to the galaxy.
In the construction of a Sith lightsaber, individuals partook in a process known as bleeding. By ways of the Force, they would pour negative emotions, such as rage, hate, fear, and pain into kyber crystals. The process would result in the crystals gaining a distinctive crimson or red hue.
According to Star Wars Legends content, the first Sith was a former Jedi Master, Ajunta Pall, who became a so-called Dark Jedi, or “Fallen” Jedi. As the name implies, these Force-sensitives chose to practice the Dark Side, and rejected the Light Side of the Force.
Strong enough to lift a man off the ground with one arm. Interesting question.
130–150 would be around the range which I would estimate his IQ to be.
In the end, Thanos' neck is only as strong as his skin. Even if his lightsaber can't cut through Thanos' invulnerable skin, Darth Vader can still Force choke the Mad Titan and prevail.
