Open the Settings app. Scroll down and select General. Tap Picture in Picture. Toggle on Start PiP Automatically.
Enable PiP Via In-App Settings
Apart from enabling PiP in the Settings app on your iPhone, you also need to enable the feature within the application you want to enable the PiP view for. Therefore, go to the settings menu of the app and turn on the toggle for Picture-in-Picture.
A “pip: command not found” error occurs when you fail to properly install the package installer for Python (pip) needed to run Python on your computer. To fix it, you will either need to re-install Python and check the box to add Python to your PATH or install pip on your command line.
Turn Off Your Android Phone's Gestures

Step 1: Download the get-pip.py (https://bootstrap.pypa.io/get-pip.py) file and store it in the same directory as python is installed. Step 2: Change the current path of the directory in the command line to the path of the directory where the above file exists. Step 4: Now wait through the installation process. Voila!
Pip module is installed in site-packages but the executable is installed in bin. Modules go in site-packages and executables go in your system's executable path. For your environment, this path is /usr/local/bin/ .
If YouTube 'Picture-in-Picture' (PiP) is not working for you, make sure the feature is turned on in your device settings and YouTube app (under Profile > Settings > General) and update the app.
