Diapers come in nine sizes for baby, ranging from preemie to size 7. Remember, every child is different, so while it is nice to be able to ask friends and family about how their child's diapers fit, it's truly best to go by weight and appearance.

But in some cases, you might need to choose between two sizes, as the weight ranges can overlap. For example, a size 4 diaper's weight range is between 22 and 37 pounds, a size 5 diaper's weight range is over 27 pounds, and a size 6 diaper's weight range is above 35 pounds.
Size 7 & Teen Diapers
While people often simply look for size 7 diapers, youth diapers actually cover a wide range of children, often adjustable for children 2 - 18 years old, with waist sizes ranging between 15” to 31” or 38 cm to 78 cm.

However, diapers may also leak because they are too big. Make sure that the diaper fits snugly around the waist and thighs by running your fingers around the edges and checking that there are no gaps.
We don't offer Pampers diapers for adults or older children. The largest diapers we make is Size 7 in Swaddlers, Cruisers and Cruisers 360, which are designed for children 41 lbs and over.
During the first few days of life, breastfed newborns have about 3 wet diapers a day. After that, they have 6 or more wet diapers a day throughout the first month of life.
Tip 4: Size up.
Diaper companies know this, so larger sizes are designed to hold more urine. By sizing up your diaper, you're basically increasing your absorbency.
Most children will complete toilet training and be ready to stop using diapers between 18 and 30 months of age,1 but this certainly isn't the case for all kids. Some children are not fully out of diapers until after the age of 4.
If you start to notice any red marks or discomfort, try sizing up to give your little one a little extra room in their diaper. If the waistband of the diaper and strong grip tabs are no longer wrapping around your baby's waist, it's time to try the next size up.
Generally, size 6 fits little ones until they're potty trained between the ages of 2 and 3. So, what's after size 6 nappies then? Our nappy pantsin size 6 are that little bit bigger and ideal for night time use or taller toddlers.
Although many children are dry at this age, it is common to need nappies at night until school age. However, even beyond this age, bedwetting is common. Up to 1 in 5 children aged 5 years, and 1 in 10 children aged 10 years wet their bed at night.
If #6 diapers fit to the child it´s no longer called a baby. This size is for toddlers from 17lb till 26lb. The age of a child is no messure for the diaper size.

Amount and number of wet diapers
Once your baby is a week old, your baby should have 6 to 8 soaked diapers in 24 hours. A wet diaper should feel the same as 2 tablespoons (30 cc) to 4 tablespoons (60 cc) of water on a dry diaper.
