“Exercise and a healthy lifestyle are important for maintaining muscle tone as we age — this helps to keep the legs well-shaped,” Dr. Hadley King, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist and clinical instructor of dermatology at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University, tells TZR.
Can flabby inner thighs be toned? While it isn't possible to spot reduce fat, you can target specific areas of the body with the right exercises. If the inner thighs are one of those areas you'd like to see some change, there are exercises that will strengthen the area, increasing muscle tone and slimming the leg.

Loose tops that fall over the thighs stretch the silhouette. Wide or straight-cut trousers make the thigh appear slimmer. Skirts and dresses in A-line emphasize the upper body and conceal big legs. Patterns and bright colours in the area of the upper body distract from the thighs.
Look for substantial heels — as opposed to spike or stilettos. Go chunky – Chunky-heeled shoes are especially flattering because they balance out heavy cankles. Slip on some Nude Shoes – Opt for a monochromatic leg. Wear nude heels that match your skin tone to achieve the same effect.
