We must intentionally put our focus on Jesus and embrace our uniqueness and all that God has given us. He chooses to see us as right and justified because we are in His Son and we believe. He is so much greater than our flaws, struggles, and our past.
We Are Precious and Honored in His Eyes
In Isaiah 43:4, it says, “Since you are precious and honored in my sight and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.” In God's eyes, we are precious and honored.
And remember that you are special because God created you and loves you unconditionally. In his eyes you are significant; you are his treasure. Through Jesus you can find safety, security and a sense of belonging. The Bible promises that nothing can separate you from God's love (Romans 8:38-39).
Therefore, when God looks at you today, He doesn't judge, esteem, and measure you according to your imperfections. He sees you in the Beloved—He sees you in Christ, and He sees the blood that has been shed for you by His dear Son. When God looks at you today, He sees Jesus.
God Sees You as Forgiven
He does not hold your past sins against you. The Bible is clear on this point. God sees you as righteous because the death of his Son cleansed you from your sins. You don't have to worry about being holy enough because Jesus was perfectly holy when he went to the cross on your behalf.
He Hears Us
It is a comfort to know that God not only sees us, but He hears our prayers. He is a living God, not a deaf or mute idol. He responds to the cries of our heart, “for the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer.
1 Peter 3:3-4
"Don't try to make yourselves beautiful on the outside, with stylish hair or by wearing gold jewelry or fine clothes. Instead, make yourselves beautiful on the inside, in your hearts, with the enduring quality of a gentle, peaceful spirit. This type of beauty is very precious in God's eyes."
It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails” (1 Corinthians 13:4-8). “God is love” (1 John 4:8).
The clear reminder is that even out of the darkest life situations (or in the most ordinary ones), God has a plan to get us through, preparing us for eternity ahead!
I am the righteousness of God—I have right standing with Him—in Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). My body is a temple of the Holy Spirit; I belong to Him (1 Corinthians 6:19). I am the head and not the tail, and I only go up and not down in life as I trust and obey God (Deuteronomy 28:13).
Your value in God's eyes is the price of Jesus's life. Christ was perfect. He was God incarnate. The creator of the vast universe in the flesh.
We can see God's love in the blessings He gives us. From the beauty of the world to the people in our lives, God is constantly giving us gifts large and small because He loves us. We often experience God's love through our interactions with other people.
When you use God's eye view, you allow the audience to see the movement of a scene all at once in a way that the characters cannot necessarily see themselves, giving viewers a more omniscient perspective.
- Simplify life by focusing on God's priorities. - Appreciate God's Word and apply it to everyday situations. - Respond to circumstances with confidence by seeing yourself through God's loving eyes. - Increase closeness in marriage by serving and honoring each other.
Genesis 2:18
"Then the Lord God said, 'It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.'" The Good News: Most of us are meant to live our lives with a partner by our side.
According to science, men find women more attractive when they are smart, intelligent, caring, confident, humorous, kind, independent, and supportive. Although these qualities may generally apply, what one man may find the most attractive may differ from another.
John wrote: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” We know that the greatest and most precious gift ever was the gift of the Atonement of Jesus Christ given by both the Father and the Son.
A woman who is passionate about life, shows compassion, pursues learning, keeps a sense of adventure, refuses to give up, and believes she is worthy. This woman creates anenergy that many would consider beautiful. Let's be sure our inner and outer beauty work in harmony.
As a daughter of God, you are redeemed and freed from guilt. The word redemption means that Jesus ransomed you, or paid the price, so that you could be released from death's prison. Redemption means that you have crossed from death to life. You were once under the law's curse but are now a citizen of heaven.
It is, therefore, a call to trust Him completely, surrender our will and yield our hearts to Him, and through His redeeming power become like Him. Brethren, if we look unto Jesus Christ, He will bless us to be His elders in Israel—humble, meek, submissive, full of His love.
God's presence is known wherever a community of believers gather together to worship Jesus. In the past, God's presence was known among the stones of the temple. Now, God's presence is known in the community of his people.
