Tl;dr: Jasmine possessed Cordelia when she left the higher dimension; the memory restoration only triggered Jasmine's control over Cordelia; Cordelia slept with Connor in the sense that Jasmine was possessing her body at the time; Cordelia's body was pregnant with Connor's baby but it wasn't exactly a baby.
As The Beast causes fire to rain from the sky in an apparent apocalypse, Cordelia sleeps with Connor to give him some happiness before the end.
If she's Buffy's age, she's 21-22 to Connor's 18. That's only three or four years. Connor/Cordelia is squicky because she used to change his diapers and has a thing for his dad, but there isn't match of an age gap there.
