Ben grabs fertility beads off of her neck through their bond. When Ben brings her back to life he places his hand over her womb.
She does not have a baby bump, her hand never goes to her stomach to indicate she's carrying a child, and there wasn't exactly any time for her to have conceived a child with anyone in the course of the film, including Kylo Ren/Ben Solo.
Rey was born on Hyperkarn in 15 ABY during the rise of the New Republic. Her father, Dathan, was a bioengineered Strand-Cast cloned from the genetic template of Darth Sidious, the Sith Lord who ruled the Galactic Empire as Emperor Palpatine.

As the heir to the Skywalkers, the character of Rey's son was based on the figure of Darth Caedus, with his appearance being an amended version of that of that character.
In a new excerpt, it's revealed that the names of Rey's parents are Dathan and Miramir. Dathan is the dad and Miramir the mother, if you were wondering; it's not always clear with these names from a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.
The Emperor's son sired a child of his own, Rey, his daughter who inherited Sidious' power in the Force, unlike himself.
The birth of Zayne
Zayne was born to his mother Rey Palpatine in the year after the Battle of Exegol, through mysterious and perplexing circumstances. His father could not have been Ben Solo, he died before Zayne could have been conceived whilst Rey was not intimate with a single man either.
Initially unknown to Rey, she forms a dyad in the Force with Ben. The dyad is an unbreakable Force-bond that makes them one in the Force, despite being born as two physically separated individuals. One could theorize that he bore a child through some sort of space artificial insemination, or something closer to what we've seen in canon Star Wars material. Rey is a gender-neutral name deriving from Spanish origins. The name translates to “king” in Spanish, but its true power lies in its connection to the Star Wars saga. The epic franchise led a bright revival for this baby name, as lead heroine Rey fought off darkness with her lightsaber.
He is going to be born the same way Anakin [Skywalker] was, in a different light. “Favreau is creating a canon piece in Star Wars that both Ben Solo's spirit and Rey are now one and that she will give birth to Cade through the Force - very similar to what Shmi Skywalker did with Anakin.”
After she and her husband finally steady their lives together, Grace discovers she is pregnant but isn't confident in the baby's paternity and hides her pregnancy from Danny. However, Grace eventually starts to experience Callings, which to the Stones, means the baby is Ben's and not Danny's.

According to ComicBook.com, the novel reveals that Ben had some final words for Rey in one of the film's last scenes. “A voice came to her through the Force, clear and strong. 'I will always be with you,' Ben said. She smiled.
' She felt like when they were filming that 'both of us [Rey and Ben] knew it was goodbye, so it was awful, and just at the moment where everything might be okay and then it isn't. '" So it seems that, per Ridley's account, the movie was cut together without the kiss well into the editing process.
