A new weight loss fad, known as the Dukan Diet has been highly popularised by the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton. It involves high-protein foods and reducing the intake of carbs and fats. The diet focuses on natural foods, totally thrashing away packaged ones while encouraging physical activity as well.
Alex Parren told Express.co.uk: "As a Royal, Kate would have access to high quality, fresh, organic foods and this would be one reason she is able to stay so slim. "Avoiding ultra-processed foods and nourishing the body with fruits and vegetables that are as fresh as possible is one of the best ways to stay healthy.
To which Middleton reportedly said, “I am running after my kids.” No crazy diets, no juice cleanses, no unrealistic weight goals and fitness regimes - just a simple run around with the children is Middleton's secret to post-pregnancy weight loss.
After a day of mainly plant-based and raw foods, Kate prefers to indulge in a hearty traditional English supper or nourishing carb-dense meals. She often eats roast chicken for dinner, which is Prince William's favourite meal, and is said to enjoy cooking pizza, pasta and baking cakes with their children.
Kate left the hospital a mere seven hours after giving birth to the newest royal. Even for the U.K., which has the lowest average postpartum stay (a day and a half) among developed nations, this is a remarkably short postpartum hospital stay.
Simple cooked meat and vegetables lead the way, with space for pheasant or venison should the Queen wish. Of course, Queen Elizabeth loved a Sunday roast just as much as anyone else. Along with chocolate, the Queen enjoyed some strawberries or peaches for dessert.
For breakfast she keeps things simple. Royal biographer, Katie Nicholl, has previously said: "HRH typically starts with a simple cup of tea and biscuits, followed by a bowl of cereal." (The Guardian previously reported she likes to keep it in Tupperware to preserve its freshness.)
She also has tattoos on each of her wrists and a tiger on her left-hand shoulder blade. While she does not appear to have any permanent markings, Princess Kate has experimented with temporary tattoo designs before.
Queen Elizabeth II
Queen Elizabeth wore Guerlain L'Heure Bleue, a spicy citrus with a powdery dry down. It's been a classic for the fragrance house ever since the scent was created in 1912.
Apparently, she heads to bed at 10.30pm each evening in order to get a good night's sleep. The bling is stunning, obviously. Regular exercise is also said to help with sleep and Kate leads an active lifestyle, often talking about how she loves to get outdoors – it's thought that she runs or walks every day.
While porridge is clearly a favourite of the Queen, it isn't the only breakfast food that she loves to indulge in. The Queen's former servant Charles Oliver revealed what the controversial food was in his book 'Dinner at Buckingham Palace'.
Breakfast
Leading nutritionist Signe Svanfeldt says that King Charles' has fresh home-baked bread, fruits and fresh juices in breakfast. He also has muesli and cereal, different varieties of honey and teas.
As reported, she is much lighter than her husband, and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The Duchess of Sussex's acting resume shows that her weight is 113 pounds or 51.4 kilograms. In comparison to Kate Middleton's, Meghan Markle weighs 16.8 pounds lighter since the former reportedly weighs over 129 pounds.

'" Ferdinand revealed in an Instagram post last July that she had lost her unborn baby following her 12-week scan. At the time, she shared that she was "absolutely devastated and heartbroken" after doctors found no heartbeat.

And now we've discovered another rule the royals have to follow - and it's all to do with their bedtimes. According to Sir William Heseltine, one of Queen's private secretaries, when staying with Her Majesty, members of the royal family should wait until the Queen retires to bed before they also hit the hay.
As an old tradition dictates, royal couples never share the same bed or bedroom, allowing them to move freely while asleep. It allows them much needed alone time after hours of being in the limelight.
What is this? After tea, the Queen returns to her office for an hour to wrap up the day's work. Unless Her Majesty must attend an event in the evening, she will typically retire to her room at 6 pm and ready herself for dinner at 8 pm.
