Insert the SIM card into your device. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Contacts app . At the bottom, tap Fix & manage Import from SIM. If you have multiple accounts on your device, pick the account where you want to save the contacts.
Your iPhone doesn't store contacts on the SIM card. If you want to transfer contacts between iPhone devices, you can use iCloud to back up or transfer content between devices.
Restore your contacts or bookmarks from an earlier version
Scroll down to the bottom of the window, then select Data Recovery. Select Restore Contacts or Restore Bookmarks. Select Restore next to the date before you deleted the content. Select Restore again to confirm.

Will I lose my contacts if I put my SIM in a new phone?
Your contacts, messages, apps, wallpaper and pretty much anything else that isn't your phone number will stay on your phone – even if you take the SIM card out.
On your Android phone, open the "Settings" app. Tap Google > Settings for Google apps > Google Contacts sync. Then tap on Sync device contacts >Automatically back up & sync device contacts. Now turn on Automatically back up & sync device contacts >Pick the account you'd like your contacts to be saved in.
