Prove the Spider can trust you by acquiring and completing five of his bounties, then claiming their rewards from the Quests tab.
Wanted Bounties can be obtained from the Spider on the Tangled Shore. Purchasing these bounties will require a set number of Ghost Fragments. More rewarding Wanted Bounties will require additional Ghost Fragments. Bounties cost anywhere from one to five Ghost Fragments.
Spider is found in an area to the left of the fast travel point and a bit lower than the Empty Tank Lost Sector. From the fast travel point, turn left and go toward the far wall. Walk up the stairs and go between the barricades, then take a right through the doors and follow the path down into the building.
You can find Spider's location in Destiny 2, a distance away once you spawn in the Eskini Quarter. You can see a giant building, the Ether Tank, with a spider sign at the door. Entering it will take you to a room that is Spider's lair.
Once you serve your time, your bounty will be gone. The other way to get ride of a bounty is to pay it off at the local Post Office. Just head on into the building, talk to the clerk, and select the option to pay off your bounties. After your payment is posted, you're a free man.
But it does prove that Spider survived, and was not assassinated by Mara, who seemingly tasked Petra with hunting him down and killing him for how he treated Uldren when he was newly resurrected as Crow.
It takes 5 Silk to upgrade a Tier 1 and Tier 2 Spider Den. Webber cannot upgrade a Tier 3 Den. One must wait for the Den to evolve into a Spider Queen naturally.
The Ether Tank bar, where Spider is located, is just ahead of the landing zone. You can make out the building by the Spider symbol blatantly on it. Head into the Ether Tank bar and Spider will be in a room to the left of the bar, sitting in a chair.
Spider can always be found in his Spider Hideout on the Tangled Shore. It is located in the building in front of the Thieves' Landing landing zone, to the left of The Empty Tank Lost Sector.
Silent Fang is still found in the EDZ, with the Adventure bearing a recommended Power level of 540. But whereas Silent Fang's last appearance was in Winding Cove (and before that, The Sludge), you'll find him this time in Sunken Isles, in the Skydock IV Lost Sector.
The Wanted Bounties reset every Tuesday.
The objective for most of the fight is to destroy the Exploder Shanks, pick up the explosives, and throw them at the generators. Each time you do this there will be an opportunity to damage the Silent Fang, but its shields will soon activate again. Repeat this process, but don't be afraid to slow down and play it safe.
Tarantula is arguably a generic Linear Fusion Rifle, yet its refreshed perk pool in Season of the Chosen has made it a solid Heavy weapon for PvE and PvP. Field Prep and Kill Clip make for a solid combo in PvE as a major and boss-slaying weapon.
The Spider, formerly known as Rakis, is the leader of a Fallen crime syndicate stretching from the Tangled Shore to the Last City. He was previously the planetary vendor for the Tangled Shore, and a powerful but ruthless ally of the Awoken of the Reef and the Guardians of the Last City.
MALES will go to extreme lengths to get females, but playing dead might not seem like an obvious strategy. Some male nursery web spiders, however, regularly feign death, and those that do are more likely to mate.
If you arrive at a Mystery Island which isn't full of Tarantulas, there is a method to force them to spawn. You need to clear everything from the island. Dig up all the trees, pick all the flowers, smash all the rocks after eating fruit, and everything else available which can cause other insects to appear.
Other islands can take more time to fill your pockets due to the terrain and difficulty in catching tarantulas on tiered islands. Our favorites are the bamboo island, and the island with the spiraled stream. First things first, you will need to completely clear the island of trees, stumps, flowers, and rocks.
One thing to note is that you're not guaranteed to land on a tarantula-spawning mystery island every single time – you might land on one which won't spawn them, so just keep trying until you do. If you can't find a tarantula on your island, walk around and remove any other bugs that have spawned in the meantime.
Bounty hunters will search for you anywhere from 1-6 months, sometimes longer.
