If hang drying, hang the bra by its center gore rather than by the straps, as the weight of the wet bra will cause the straps to stretch, ruining its fit.
You can either hang the bra up or you can lay it down on a clean, dry towel. If you choose to hang the bra to dry, do not hang it by the straps, as this will cause them to stretch. Instead, drape the bra by the middle over a clothesline or a drying rack. You can also clip the band of the bra to a hanger.
Hang them out to dry
No matter how you choose to wash lingerie, you should always—always—air-dry it.
If your bra does not dry throughout the day, move it on a hanger to your cool bedroom at night. It will dry with ease overnight. When wet, the way to dry a bra is to hang it from its centre in a manner that the two cups are on two sides of the clothesline. Make sure that the bra is balanced well on a hanger.
How often you need to wash your bras isn't an exact science. But dermatologist Alok Vij, MD, says that as a general rule, you should wash them after every two to three wears.
A good rule of thumb is three everyday bras: Two in a neutral color or skin tone shade. At least one darker color, like Black, Espresso, or Olive, for outfit variety.
"On average, they own 16 at any one time, topping up their collection with four purchases each year." And then the story goes on to reveal that while we women have enough bras to go at least two weeks without doing laundry, on average we wash them only every two months.
Use Shower-Curtain Rings
For this method, grab a box of shower-curtain rings and attach them to a single, sturdy closet hanger. Next, clip each shower curtain ring around the center of an individual bra. Avoid hanging bras by a single strap, as this can cause stretching and unevenness over time.
Don't microwave your bra (or cook in your dryer)
“Heat is a big no for bras. The heat from the dryer can melt your underwire.” Rather than letting your bras tumble dry, let them air-dry. They won't get too hot or ruined from tumbling around with other items.
"The 'rule' is that a bra should be washed after every wear, since it's directly in contact with the body," laundry expert Mary Marlowe Leverette told PureWow. "Body oils, perspiration, and bacteria are transferred to the fabric and if left in the fibers will begin to break down the fabric—especially elastic fibers."
We understand that washing bras by hand can be a bit of a pain, but machine washing can cause wonky wires and make the elastic less stretchy.
The best way to store your bras to keep their shape is by standing them up in your top drawer with the cups inside each other — never folded or crumpled.
To stave off the stiffness that can occur on air-dried clothing and linens, give each piece a good shake before hanging it on the line or drying rack. Shaking fabric fresh out of the washing machine helps fluff up its fibers to prevent stiffness and keeps it from clinging to itself.
Never dry a bra in a tumble dryer. The vigorous motion of the machine could cause the bra to become misshapen, and the heat will set the bra into that new shape. Instead, hang each bra over a clotheshorse or the washing line, and allow it to dry naturally.
Always Hang Your Bra to Dry Properly
There are two good options. Both options start with making sure excess moisture has been removed by gently patting the bra between some clean towels first. Lay the bra flat: You can lay the bra flay on a drying tray or across a drying rack. This way, there is no strain on your bra.
In addition to the gentlest detergent, it's also important to use the gentlest cycle when machine washing delicates. Only use cold water since hot water can cause colors to bleed and can affect the shape of your bras.

Like The Good Housekeeping Institute said, If you have the time and space, hanging each bra up will ensure each garment is kept extremely safe from damage and it lets the material breathe. Remember NOT to hang your bras from the straps though as it may damage the garment.
Shelf Bras
Typically just an added layer of fabric over the breast area (with an elastic band at the bottom), a shelf bra doesn't provide much support but is seamless and comfortable for many women. The least expensive option, shelf bras, are favourites for lounging at home, wearing during yoga, and everyday wear.

Globally, a natural female breast has an average size somewhere between a large "A" and a smaller "B" in the US size system. According to European or Australian classifications, this would be a "B".
